I came into Kohls just a few minutes ago to shop for some pants and shirts for work… whoa! What a mess! They didn’t have what I was looking for, or at least I don’t think they did. I couldn’t find much of anything because the men’s department was in utter shambles. I’m not necessarily bagging on the store because it’s all of the shoppers who just put their unwanted garments wherever they wanted to, but damn… Really? When you have 30 minutes to shop and you come into a store looking like this… ain’t nobody got time for that! It looked like a teenage boys closet in there… no staff around at all to assist me either. I guess they didn’t care and/​or the merchandiser was home sick…(See attached pics for verification)

First off, Lisa store Manager is too nice! But I tried to return an item that wasn’t even opened because it was shipped late and two other items and the amount kept wanting to give me store credit when I fully used my Credit Card. She called someone and finally I had to take a store credit for something I paid for with my credit card which was confusing. Kohl’s is great if nothing goes wrong, but if it does it’s terrible. However, she was wonderful to deal with and that’s why my score is 3 instead of 1 as it wasnt a pleasant experience and took about 30 minutes to do a return with receipts.

When it comes to customer service, Kohl’s does it right.
I had ordered a vacuum from
and when it arrived it was not all that I had hoped it would be. I purchased it with a special 30% off coupon that I had and was already dreading the exchange process and honoring of this coupon on a different vacuum (that I tested out by the way, so it was not clean and re-​sellable).
To my surprise it was no hassle at all… it was almost like returning something to REI, it was fantastic and worry-​free. They took the vacuum back, no questions asked and even had the replacement one that I wanted in stock.
