If I had the option of rating them a zero star, I would. I am a person that typically looks at reviews and think, that could have been a miscommunication, or something like that. Nope, they are really as bad as the reviews are. The company is a franchise not sure the guy really knows what he is doing.
Overcharged me, said he installed more locks that he did. Bought 5 different door locks for the house and shops to be re-​keyed and then charged me to change all the locks in the handles. Last I saw and knew, you can buy multiple locks with the same lock and not have to re-​key them all.
Cracked my door and said that he didn’t do it, even though the crack goes right into where he installed a deadbolt. His craftsmanship is very poor completely botched a cut in the door jam.
So ya, lesson learned.

This company is a scam. They charge you $ 29 just to come out and look at the problem. No pricing is given on the phone. They are extremely rude over the phone. When the tech. got to my location they attempted to charge me a ridiculous price! The way this company operates is absurd.

Absolutely horrible! Do not use this company’s services! I locked keys in my car late at night over the weekend and was told the cost would be $ 19 plus an additional base price of $ 35 to open the car. Thinking that was relatively decent I had them come out, but after the technician looked at the car he quoted me $ 119, which is absolutely absurd!!! It literally took him 5 minutes to open the car and when I asked why the price went up, he mumbled something about liability for the car, which I understand, but he did not give me a very good explanation whatsoever!
These people will charge you unfairly because they know you are in a time of need. They will rob you for a task that literally anyone could do, most of us just don’t have the necessary equipment.
The worst part is calling back and forth with them and the technician for the past 3 days now looking for a better explanation as to why I’ve been charged so much. No one can give me a straight answer, and I’ve been on hold way more than actually been able to speak to someone. They are not concerned with my unhappiness at all and do not care about proper business ethics!!!
Please do not use this company, they are thieves!!!

Caution!!! I had to wait 45 minutes for my regular locksmith so I googled to find other options and these folks said they could be there in 20 minutes so I agreed. When the guy showed up in an unmarked car with California plates and he got out with his slim Jim tool and told me there was a 29.00 service fee and it would cost 149.00 to open the car. I was completely shocked!!! My other locksmith quoted 40 – 50. So I assumed they would all be within a close range of this not almost 4 times that amount. I challenged him and he said he could drop it to 99.00 total so in the name of time, I did it. But I urge everyone to get a quote first so you know what you are dealing with. I do not like being taken advantage of and that is exactly what this company did.

what a positive experience! I called to get new keys for my house and garage. The locksmith showed up promptly and the job was done in no time. He even showed me a couple cheap and easy ways to secure my property! would recommemd to anyone.
