So sad this place closed overnight.. .:-(We occasionally visit other donut places in Bend and outside of Bend, but this was my favorite! We were there at least once a week(sometimes two to three times) and the donuts were still consistently great.

Amazingly delicious, soft, and fresh donuts. They have interesting flavored like cheesecake and captain crunch. Staff is super friendly. Four stars because the atmosphere felt a bit clinical/cold and there maybe was construction going on because they had exposed air ducts in not a cute way.

The Best Donuts in town! My mom took my daughters in today to their favorite treat a sprinkle donut, they were out but a kind LUVs employee went in the back and made them each a special sprinkle donut! It truly made all of our day seeing them so happy. Going above and beyond with A+ product thank you :)

Redmond location: Fresh donuts. Selection limited. Go early for your favorites. Warm maple bacon bar. Blueberry donuts are good. Luv’s also offers hot dogs and beer. Looking forward to trying the Chicago dog. Three TV screens, clean, modern décor.

Love that we have an actual donut shop in Redmond now! They also serve hot dogs, beer and coffee. They’re donuts are definitely tasty! Prices are $ 1-$ 1.50 pretty straightforward. Different selection daily with the specialty donuts. The only negative thing I can say is that they do not offer Apple fritters at this time. I expressed my concern about that to an employee and she said, maybe in the future so we shall see. Great place, and glad they’ve come to our town!

Walked over for breakfast and coffee on a Sunday morning. The owner was at the front counter. Was very nice and easy to talk to. Learned about his delivery business and the new store that he’s opening in Redmond in the coming weeks. Spilt three donuts between us — a strawberry, a maple glazed and a cream covered. All were phenomenal. My wife also left her pose behind which we noticed a few minutes later. He kept it safe for us and waved us down as we walked by the store.

The doughnut smells better than it tastes. It’s a heavy, thick doughnut. The bulvarian cream($ 1.50) is squeezed on top rather than filled inside. The dough is a little better tasting than say Safeway or Fred Meyer but not by much. I think I’m too spoiled with the doughnut shops in Portland. Why is it when you pick out a doughnut they have to lay the paper over it to pick it up? All the cream, frosting, toppings, etc that’s sitting on top just gets mushed or stuck on the paper. It’s really annoying when you peel the paper & everything on it comes off with it. I couldn’t figure out if the shop just opened or if it just lacked a decorative style. Plain walls, plain furniture. There’s only one display case of doughnuts to pick from & we were told they make them the night before. No wonder why mine didn’t taste that fresh to me. This was more Okay than Luv’s for us.

The Doughnuts were SO good and fresh but the guy who worked there was obnoxiously hitting on me and very unprofessional. I don’t know if I feel too comfortable going back in. BUT the doughnuts were so worth it

Great place. Very friendly staff keeps the place clean as a whistle. And to boot, the donuts are nice and fluffy! None of that led stuff that you can taste next day. Bacon ones are my favs

Went for a quick treat, the variety was fantastic, clean and crisp. Coffee options are great and reasonably priced. The doughnuts are a great deal and the fact that they deliver is fantastic. And again a good value. I will be back. My kids love watching the doughnuts be made.

The bacon maple donut is amazingly good and surprisingly not too sweet. We picked up cappuccinos next door at Thump.

Best texture I’ve ever had in a donut! Just focus on the donuts and not the modern stale design they went for in décor.

yikes! like many other reviewers have mentioned — eerily quiet, sterile/bright white ambiance and less-than-friendly service. despite this, i went ahead and decided to grab a half-dozen donuts to go. when the young woman at the counter rang me up, «$ 9.00»… i mean, okay. what i didn’t notice until it was too late was that a FULL dozen is $ 10.00. i have worked in customer service many years and i practically walk on eggshells around food service folks because i know first-hand just how hard it can be, and i always try give them the benefit of the doubt. but i mean, come on, how do you not tell someone that they could have purchased a FULL dozen for only a dollar more? among the half-dozen i purchased was a maple-bacon donut. i took one bite and felt like i needed a defibrillator — and not in a good way. extremely heavy and dense! now that may sound like a given for an item with«maple» and«bacon» in the name, but even a simple glazed donut was just as heavy. not sure what’s going on with the dough but man, the first thing my boyfriend and i did when we got home was chug some water. will not be back. sorry.

I went to this donut shop on opening day and was not impressed. They were new, so I waited a few weeks and went back. I have been several times, and each time it gets better. Kudos to the owners for continuing to tweak their recipes to meet their customer’s tastes. My favorite is their glazed donut, and their coffee is tasty for the price. Their service is friendly and attentive.

Well, Sunday morning in Bend what sounds better than donuts? This place isn’t far from the house, thought I’d give it a try. Oh, I forgot to tell you Sunday morning in my house is around 7:30am. I think you know where I’m going with this… Your a donut shop, not a book store! Open at 6 am. I know when I have friends in town, they want to get going early. We’re not waiting until 9 am to get a donut. Haven’t tried the donuts there so I can’t attest to the quality. But it seems hard to believe a donut shop could make it in Bend if they are missing out on that much morning business.

It is spring. I am on a diet. Makes perfect sense in timing to eat a Pumpkin Spice donut from Luv’s for lunch, don’t you think? Well, maybe not. But I’m happy to have invested both the one dollar and however many calories in that tender donut as pumpkin is a favorite flavor any time of year. Were I in the mood for a donut again, I’d go back here. Product is good, prices are good, service is good. LOCATION In downtown Bend next door to the Oxford Hotel and across the street from Thump coffee house and around the corner from Bluebird coffee house this is a convenient location but for the usual challenge of finding a parking place on street. VIBE&SERVICE The interior is sparkling clean but almost sterile white — bright so it is not likely a place for wanting to linger to eat the donuts, although there are a couple of tables with chairs. Donuts are displayed in sparkling clean cases both under he sales counter and above it. Young woman behind the counter was pleasant. DONUTS There was an assortment of a dozen plus different flavors of donuts among three different categories; raised, cake and old fashioned. Flavors were both more classic, like maple glazed raised donut, and contemporary, like bacon topped maple glazed donut or new-ish like pumpkin spice cake donut and chocolate topped chocolate cake donut. They also have a daily special or two, one of them today a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup topped donut and another Butterfinger sprinkled. Based on a sample size of two, my pumpkin donut and a chocolate old fashioned purchased for my hubby, we found the donuts to be just right light in texture, fresh and sweet tasty. Prices are $ 1 to $ 1.50 each depending on variety. Frankly, given this building is the high rent district of downtown which is the highest commercial rent district in the city, I expected prices to be higher. COFFEE Although the sign says they have their own coffee, there was no evidence of coffee brewing or having had been brewed; no coffee aroma and only an empty pump pot top up behind the service counter. More reason this may be a «grab and go» place for donuts with no one eating in. THIS N THAT 1) PARKING: If you can’t find it on the street, the parking garage is on the same block. 2) ACCESSIBILITY: Level in and throughout. 3) CONSTRUCTIVECRITICISM: Were I to have a chance to sit down and«break donut» with the owners, I might suggest they try to warm up the space a bit given how warm and inviting are both Thump and Bluebird, very nearby competition for the same customers. 4) DONUTMACHINE: Right next to the retail space and visible from windows both out and in is the very big donut machine looking something like a cool Rube Goldberg invention. Not on when we were there, but I bet it would be fun to watch the donuts being made.

Wow. Donuts were amazing. They just had their Chocolate old Fashion come off fresh and it was stellar. Friendly service and I really do like that it is downtown.

The glazed raised donut is the safe bet. This sterile, un-Bend like donut shop is going to have a tough go of it. My opinion. Inconsistent quality, the maple has failed me. Thick, overcooked, like caramel gone bad. A seemingly sure spot in the bottom of the Oxford, across from Thump, you would think it’s a sure thing. The best feature is a window view of the cooking area which is NEVER in operation. I am at Thump almost every day and have yet to see it in operation? Bummer since this is one feature that is interesting and unique. Other than that, there is zero ambiance. I am bummed. I love donuts.
