The Signal Spot

My husband and I wanted Dish Network for our tv service. I was at work when Mike was setting up my works cable. After speaking with him about options, I told my husband. We went through Mike and he was awesome! It’s been alittle over a year and we are moving where dishes aren’t allowed. Mike AGAIN was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately we need to change cable services and The Signal Spot is wonderful and I recommend them for all services. Even if you have an issue with the cable company go through The Signal Spot and they will take care of you :) Thank you for providing excellent customer service, you guys know the definition of that!

I had a great experience with The Signal Spot. They have been really great and I’ve enjoyed working with them. I did have a little problem where I was promised a gift card for signing up and it didn’t come in the mail. But I called them and they said the fulfillment company they used apparently messed up the mailing and some people didn’t get their cards. They offered to personally bring me the card to my house or I could swing by and get it. That’s customer service, they didn’t argue, instead they apologized for the delay in getting the card and brought it to my house that afternoon. I would use them again without hesitation!

Signal spot is the definition of buy local stay local. Excellent customer service and prices up front is what comes on the bill. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a change that could mean lower bills!

EDIT: Do not be fooled by these scammers. This was my boyfriend’s account, so you wont see it in my name. NOTICE THAT AFTER I POSTED MY BAD REVIEW, THEY HAVE SEVERAL OF THEIR SCHILLS POST 5 STAR GOOD REVIEWS. These guys are low life scum who promise the world, then deliver nothing.
His response to my honest review was exactly the same kind of hopeful drivel that all of my friends are told. More promises. More gas cards on the way, as an apology. Yeah, dont hold your breath on gas cards and empty promises you get from these shisters. Their transparent attempts to load up Unilocal with good reviews (from people outside his service area no less – relatives?) have made us mad, and even more resolute to let people know about them.
Since this review, another friend got a letter apologizing for all the bad service and «misunderstandings.» It was a form email sent to all of Michaels customers, so he obviously knew how bad his service is, or he wouldnt have sent it. His email proves his comments below were a LIE. Exactly what you expect from The Signal Spot.

Absolutely horrible service. Promised one price and ended up being higher. Promised all kinds of things if I recommended Dish Network to friends, and even gave vouchers. Gave them to all my friends, and they had terrible experiences and higher pricing, and I got nothing but egg on my face. Just go direct to whomever you want to sign up for, and ask for the specials. These guys are clueless.
