We were in a jamb and Michael and Robert came through for us big time. My laptop displayed a master boot record not found error when I opened it that morning. It had all the software we needed for work that day and since we were on site for product commissioning it was costing us a lot to not operate. All of our IT tools and harddrive clones were back in California. Michael responded promptly to our problem and Robert got it fixed up with no data loss. It was prompt, competent, and friendly service.
A couple weeks later we had another computer on site crash and Michael again replied promptly to our texts even though their office was closed that day! We solved the issue before making the drive back to Redmond, but it was great to know we had a solid backup plan! Thanks guys.

This place deserves — stars. I took my computer to them about 7 months ago they did what I asked had no problem they charged me a little more than I was quoted not happy about it but no big deal. I talked to the owner on saturday and he told me that he opened at 9 am. So I showed up at 9:30 shop wasn’t open went home came back at 10:20 still no one there went home again and called the owner answered and said he was down the road from the shop and to meet him there just to call when I got there, When I arrived I called no answer waited about 10 minutes called again no answer, started to leave and he came out, At that point I talked to him again about what I wanted him to do He was going to put in 1 terabyte hard drive and make my old one a slave drive and that everything that’s was on my old drive would be transferred over, then take my 3 gig ram up to 8 gig and replace the graphic’s card with one that I had I was quoted $ 200 and it would be same day or early the next morning at the latest. I called the shop later that day to see what time to be there and he asked me if I had received his email? I said no you have my computer, I was told that the only way I could get 8 gig of ram was to buy windows 7 64 bit for $ 65 extra I told him fine if that’s what it takes but that I really didn’t want windows 7. My graphic’s card wouldn’t fit in my case so he trade me for a different one. He told me it would be done by 5pm the next day I showed up not done the guy at working on my computer told me that my old hard drive wont work as a slave and now its an external drive and showed me that he put in a drive enclose and that it will only take 1 more gig of ram. I called the owner he told me that it wasn’t there fault and I did understand I asked him about the 20% coupon on his web site and he flipped out on me he ended up taking off $ 20 it was about 6:45 when it was finished. Hooked my computer up and most everything I had on my old drive wasn’t transferred over Called the shop the next morning spoke to the owner again he set up a remote link and started to try to get everything the way it was spent about 6 hours online with him he would ask me to do something I do it then no response after 20 minutes I text him he said oh I left be back in 15 – 20 minutes he kept doing this. I told him that I wished he would of let me know then I could of left my desk and done some of the things I had to do also. His response was that I need to be more understanding and not bitch he was doing this for free I said how are you doing this for free I have already paid you He told me that I owed him $ 50 for the enclose and that if I wanted him to finish the job I had to bring him $ 50 and a lunch gift card for somewhere for him and his helper told me how cheap I was because I asked him about his coupon I will never go back to this shop had to pay geek squad to fix it. He did apologize but to little to late STAY AWAY I have all his insults and bs saved on my computer if anyone doubts my story
