Great historical building. Various size offices/​meeting rooms. Fantastic large touchscreen video monitor for meetings. Something for every need. Carter is a great guy, too!

Since March 2015, after investing my small savings, then, after seeing the location, meeting the core investors and several rounds of conversations with Carter himself, I’ve been conducting my networking and financial services business 2 may be 3 times a week from CBC. The serenity and beauty of the location inspires me, helps me make better decisions, focus better in my work and reflection, and have met some great entrepreneurial minds.
I can’t wait for the full opening with other biz telecommuters, wine bar and café, video studio, art gallery, tech center, meditation room, herb-​flower-​veggie garden, and library to be functionally open this summer. I also love the vast parking, always choosing a favorite tree nearby. The large event (over 500 capacity) Clock Tower is unbelievable — have to see to believe.
Need more pictures of the various 16-​size room/​conference/​office space and views. Also need to publish the list of core investors and their expertise to Benicia so others can be inspired to join.
