This business may be accommodating people that have large orders but if you don’t, forget about it. I went here for the second and last time. I called and explained that I needed some Name tags engraved and they explained they could have it done in less than 24 hours. I excitedly went in and for the second time they refused to help me, assumed I couldn’t afford to have it done and expected me to wait until the end of July to get my product. Being lazy is not an attractive attribute to drive sales and customer service.
I’ll give it to them though, they were consistent with my first and second visit.
