Horrible service they always screw up my order. If I could give this no stars I would.

Frequent this McDonalds. Staff is almost always efficient and courteous, Staff changes often as expected with low paying jobs but great attitude persists. Must be manager who sets standard.

From not having their doors open at 6 AM and not allowing people inside, to continually messing up my order. Three times in the last four weeks I have gone there for breakfast or lunch and had my order given to me incorrectly. I have food allergies to certain items and ask for them not to be on my food. But they keep putting it on my food. I go there during lunch order my food get back to work and my order is wrong, I don’t have enough time to go back and fix my order. Whenever you try to call the phone is constantly busy. The managers are rude and the assistant manager in the morning is even worse maybe him and his sister should find better jobs. Nobody ever says sorry for their mistakes and there’s no accountability. I wonder why I keep going there only that I like McDonald’s and the next one is 10 miles away not enough time during my lunch.

Why do they ask what sauce you want for the nuggets, put it on your receipt but don’t include it in the bag? WTH am I going to do with this 20 piece?

One day I go and get coffee. I forget to ask for creamer and sugar because I wasn’t asked. Wasn’t mad at that because I should have remembered. What made me upset is that I asked the lady in the window to put 4 creamers and sugars. I handed her my cup and she told me that she couldn’t cause its full. So she handed me the creamer and sugar. I stayed there and waited for my food. I opened up the coffee cup and hot coffee spilled all over me. I don’t understand why she couldn’t do it when I handed it to her.
Another visit it took me about 10 – 15 minutes to order a 2 cheeseburger meal and jalapeño mcchicken. I asked for both burgers to have no pickles and the other burger to be plain. Yeah they got that wrong too after having to repeat myself about 5 times.

First time in Benicia and decided to stop by for something quick. Never seen a McDonald’s like this before, probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to. Our food was quick. The manager was very helpful, not like the other place where the managers just don’t care. Very welcoming, has the small town feel.

What a terrible experience! Seems like every time I go through the drive thru its gets slower and the food is getting worse. Steve the manager does not care and hands me oatmeal that’s not even mixed with water! He says its just him and his buddy… Last time I stop and wait for 10 min for that service.

For some reason they are always outta shakes. WTF. Also kinda bad when you hear the management talking crap about customers coming in

I can’t count the times our order has been wrong at the drive thru! If you go here check your order before you leave the window… Also, when I went back, to complain one time, and get the correct order they wanted the food and receipt back and the Manager got snotty with me. I think if I’m paying them for something I should get it!

I went through the drive thru today and the guy on the speaker was not paying attention. He made me repeat myself multiple times & continued to get my order wrong, gave me attitude at the window then gave me 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4, I mean it’s not very many to begin with. Maybe if you weren’t talking to your buddies while I was placing my order you would have got it right the first time & I wouldn’t have gotten snotty with you!

Well, it’s McDonald’s. It should get 1 star by default. Every few years I get a craving for a Big Mac and fries. Had that craving and got sick from the food here. Again, it’s McDonald’s. Nobody should be eating here in the first place.

This place is clean and has fast service. Hardest thing to deal with is getting in to or leaving the parking lot. I have always gone here before or after work because it is the fastest food in the downtown area and very cheap. Never have had a wrong order here and almost all bad reviews are from a few years ago. I remember when this place was pretty bad. They have really stepped up their game

Towards the tail end of my residency in Benicia over 2 years ago, I came here due to the limited locations for food that were still open late at night. The drive thru was quick and easy, all my orders came out correct. As for the food quality, everything is so automated with their systems, the food is standard to other McDonald’s.
The service is what makes or breaks the differences in this franchise, and so far, even coming back here while living away and just working close by, these McDonald’s is okay.
As for the location, you really really need to watch out for the entrance, the slope incline of it will damage the bottom of your car if you aren’t careful. I seen cars going straight in the driveway and they get stuck. Please, always go in an angle and take your time, no one should be that hungry for some chicken nuggets…
Also, watch out for the exit as well, you share the exit with the drive thru next to you and sometimes people don’t look when leaving the food window, they will cut you off.

I’m not to impressed with this Mcdonalds. Yeah I know its Mcdonalds but its a place my kids like and at times I’ll take them there for a treat. I really think there customer service sucks. They would often get my order wrong. How hard is it to get sandwiches and fries together? I would rather go out of my way and go to the one on Columbus Parkway. They are MUCH better.

Ray Croc would have slapped these people silly. Occasionally I do McDonalds, but I will never ever do McD’s in Benicia. How is it possible for every and I mean every order from them is wrong. Drive back, waste more time and maybe you’ll get what you originally ordered.
I also have a thing for clean. I expect things from the floor to never be near food. Kind of the same thing you would expect, right? Restaurants should never have the 5 second rule when something hits the floor. Well, it seems that they do it homestyle here. I also have a problem with someone standing on a counter where food and drinks are prepared and not disinfecting after.
It’s really hard to screw up fast food when you have a formula, but it’s clear that the franchise owner at this location wasn’t privy to this info. Privy, thats another word for…

This review is only for their ice cream/​ice milk, as I wont touch their burgers and such since reading «Fast Food Nation». The cones, with or without chocolate dip, are good n cheap, especially when compared to the same stuff at Baskin Robbins down the street where it is 3 times the price for the same thing. Mickey D’s sundaes are an even better deal, a nice break for the kids. The place itself is clean and bright, a typical McDonalds, and the service is usually ok, except when you get that bored high school kid.
