Subway

I come to this subway almost everyday in morning time… The staff is very friendly and the food is always fresh. The always know what I want every time. Doing great job!!!

They don’t answer the phone (or have an answering service to leave an order). How can you order for pick up???

So this subway has a guy working there who wears glasses don’t know his name but he’s extremely rude and blunt to his customers. I once asked for coffee and he said we don’t have coffee just get it in the gas station you understand now? I’m not a child and he’s just a rude piece of crap who doesn’t look like he enjoys being there. Maybe he’s the franchise owner but it seems to me that all the Subways in Benicia are all owned by the same people because the receipt always says «Harry» on it as the person who served me that day. It’s the closet to my house but damn it’s the worst.

Standard service you get at all subways. One person working the store. Tiniest subway I’ve ever been too! Connected next to the chevron quickie mart so if you’re getting gas and you’re hungry, perfect place to pick up a yummy sub instead of nasty junk food lol. Overall it’s clean and wasnt busy, was able to enjoy my food in peace, you know what I mean?!? lol

Called them to order a breakfast sandwich to go, but was told that they stopped serving breakfast @11am; it was still 10:55am — poor customer service.

Out of soap in their dirty bathroom…

I order from these guys all the time. The store is clean, the staff is nice, and they have the best promos in the area. That $ 5 deal. They also accept coupons. The other Subways in the area are dirty and the staff is rude. I would recommend this place…

Went in to get a vegi sub, easy mayo please on whole wheat. I had to remind them whole wheat as they started to cut into a version of white bread. Remember the easy mayo, they used light mayo, gobs of it. When I said something they tried to wipe it off, don’t think so. It’s all over the place, let’s start fresh I say. Once again I see a version of white coming out… wait. it’s supposed to be whole wheat, remember we did this once before? After feeling like a supervisor watching each move, I got what I had ordered.
I realize that most of these store are franchises. But you have to think they have some standards for making sandwiches. It would be nice to order and have the same consistent result.
How could have Jared lost weight when eating a pound of mayo on one of these?
