This place isn’t much to look at, but the food is FANTASTIC! I had the 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 bacon combo with local Vermont Syrup. Loved it! The icing on the cake was the amazing service. I would highly recommend this place.

I had the grilled chicken pesto sandwich and it was pretty great! My friend had the Asian salad and was also surprised at how good it was. Their milkshakes are also pretty phenomenal. Service was decent, a little slow, and the place itself was a little eh but food is what’s important!

Customer service was unfriendly and slow. The menu is not only plain and boring, but also overpriced. Thankfully the food was good but I won’t be eating here again.

I eat there once a month with a group of friends and every once in a while with family. The food is very good and priced decently. Every once in a while the service gets slow on Sunday mornings but its because they are so busy. The waitresses are always pleasant and friendly and have never had a bad experience there. Family’s favorite place to eat out.

Really nothing that impressive here. I’ll give them the nostalgia of the atmosphere that hasn’t changed and the service is pleasant. However the food is boring and lacks much interest, flavor, or appeal.

The food is nice normal American, always well prepared. I have eaten here many times over many years and am always happy. Often I’ve been with a group, and we’ve always been accommodated graciously. Various waitstaff at various times have gone to great lengths to be sure that what I and others wanted was truly gluten free, which has included going back to the kitchen — with a smile — to ascertain ingredients.
While I love international cuisine, sometimes good regular food hits the spot, especially when accompanied by a friendly atmosphere. The grill cook seems to vary the flavoring of the grilled potatoes, for example, which impresses me. The one big improvement they could make is the coffee — it is pretty bad which is the reason a breakfast group I belong to goes there only when another place with good coffee is closed. Coffee is very important.

Really nice people but the food is basic. Wish they had some interesting menu items to compete with the blue benn diner down the street. The burgers and fries we ordered were fairly priced for what they were and they were pretty good. I liked the roomy restaurant — go figure, roominess is a tough to find amenity in restaurants in this area. Most places are incredibly cramped in this area for some reason. I think this place has a lot of potential — I wish one day they would realize their potential and offer more creative and non-​standard menu items.

The hot turkey sandwich was ok. Nothing special, with what tasted like the standard packaged gravy over plain white bread. Mashed potatoes were cold, and it came with canned cranberry sauce. Coleslaw was ok too. People I went with were happy with their burgers and fries. Place is pretty outdated.

Super nice people. Great prices. Food = not memorable. Cringe-​inducing ambience.

This is a routine pit stop on my up to Okemo. This is a cozy little breakfast joint but they serve dinner too. I am a big fan!

Went in party of 6 for breakfast was ok nothing great nothing bad. Thought a little pricey.

It’s the type of place where everything on the menu seems to be either poured out of a can or frozen and deep fried. Very friendly staff and the service is fine but I wouldn’t wish the food on anyone.

not a bad meal… the fish and chips were tasty, and the fried chicken, too… great service, too.

Color me unimpressed.

Took a small group here for breakfast — yes it was fine — the usual runny-​eggs-​dry-​toast bit. But the breakfast menu is TINY. And you’re right next door to the Blue Benn — arguably the worlds greatest DINER. And yet it’s so packed there you have no choice but to eat HERE, «Jensen’s». A goofy looking building housing a blah interior with food whose only purpose is to fill you up. I make sure to grimace at this place when I drive by, then beam happiness at the Blue Benn…

I have eaten here for two days in a row now and both times I had the blue plate special. It was excellent and the service was great. If your in the area swing by and grab a good bite to eat at a good price. I have heard of a blue plate special but I didn’t know that people still did it.
The first BPS was grilled cheese with tomato soup with chips for $ 5! That for me is such a comforting meal I was grinning while I ate.
Then the second time the BPS was a pulled pork sandwich with fries and coleslaw. The fries were hot and fresh, the slaw was nice and cold and the pork sandwich was so tasty.
Nice service, my waitress was a total pro and very nice. The place is a quiet place with a wood stove they keep going for the cold weather.
So like i said great food, great service and good atmosphere.

This is a cute place; no frills, friendly service.
We were curious about their $ 1.25 hamburgers and $ 1.50 cheeseburgers. They were good. Particularly with a fried onion smashed inside.
The onion soup was probably the most expensive item we ordered; a good beef broth, slightly salty, but warming.
With 2 sodas, the total came to $ 15 including tax and tip.

Good family friendly restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner since 1961. The place is up for sale, so I’ll Unilocal it now while I can. It’s seat yourself in the casual dining area which has hard formica booth seating and table seating in the open dining area and greenhouse area, plus there’s outside patio seating. The wood walls are painted light green and there are two trophy cases displaying triathlon awards from around the area.
The food here is very basic, but good and decent. They always have blackboard specials, so I’ll check that first. The breakfast menu is simple and offers items such as egg dishes, French toast, pancakes, malted Belgian waffles, meats, home fries, toast and muffins. The lunch/​dinner menu offerings include burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, platters, fried chicken, salads, pasta, comfort food, kids menu (12 & under) and desserts. Beer and wine offered. The prices here are reasonable with breakfast dishes are less than $ 7.50, sandwich platters in the $ 5-​$ 10 range, and dinner platters in the $ 8-​$ 16 range.
I’ve eaten breakfast here on the cheap during my trips through the area. I’d get the One Egg with toast & home fries ($ 2.50) and a bottomless cup of New England Coffee ($ 1.35), a decent breakfast. The home fries are deep fried, nothing special. The friendly service is good and quick.
