Chili’s

Good food and service on a Saturday. I’ll never understand why they place 2 parties right next to each other when restaurant is mostly empty. Why not give the people space and privacy when you can?

Let me start off it was dead but given it’s Monday I understand. Décor was dated nothing has changed in years. With that said old oil gave onion rings dark burnt hard to tuff to chew, burger sliders stale rolls the ribs were not even sub par. I feel this place had no clue on taste iced teas good lol, corn no taste won’t return feel time to close

I’ve always have enjoyed Chili’s for the lunch and dinners.
They have many specials for lunch and also for dinner they have the 2 for $ 20 deal. 1 appetizer and 2 entrees. Not bad…
I got the ribs with fries. It was very good. They changed up the fries, much more seasoned taste and more crispy. Much better then the past. I was Impressed. Buddy of mying got the sirloin steak with baked potato and fries. He said everything was good and the steak was just done right. And also got mango iced tea. That was good. And for appetizer. Got the fried pickles. Let me just say they are so good. I could just go for them all the time. And they give you sauce to dip them in.
And I topped it off with a peice of plain cheese cake. Really good!!!
What I like to about Chili’s is you can order and pay with the tablet kiosk, and does make the process much faster. I do wish other places would have them. Hopefully in the near future.
I look forward to coming back again for dinner.

I’m new to the bensalem area as I just happened to purchase my first home only a few minutes away. (Please say congratulations now… thank you!) I stopped in today with my wife after a hard day of work on our new property. (Please say congratulations now, unless of course you already have in which case you should say good luck and god speed because it’s tough being a homewowner!) Well yea back to this review. Um, this establishment was pretty decent. Courteous staff, clean, and good food. Isn’t this what people look for in a restraunt? Well my afternoon was well spent. I ordered the prime rib burrito and my wife ordered the Carnitas tacos or whatever. Food was plesently good. Came out hot and quick. Have no complaints about the food at all. Now the drinks… freaking amazing! I am a beer drinker and enjoy beer. Nothing beats a frosted mug filled with a Sam Adams seasonal. My wife ordered a specialty drink which was basically angry orchid and fireball mixed together. It was freaking good! So good I bought some angry orchid and fireball and drank it right before I wrote this review. Shskd bu e oh dbdhe hi dhwieb… sorry the fireball snuck up on me. (Let us all take a time out to thank whoever came up with auto correct for auto correct)…and back to the review. Food was good, service was great, dr I nks were obviously great. Now why am I only saying 4 out of 5? The table was dirty where I was seated!!! Well not too dirty like a dumpster but just a little sticky. Other than that I really enjoyed my visit and will be back. Aginab let’s take a time to reflect on how awesome auto correct is… ok ties up. Go try the fall drinks, grab a appetizer, and enjoy your stay. Again if you haven’t said congratulations on me purchasing my first ho uh se please do so now. And if you by some reason see me in chills one day I do enjoy Sam Adams!

I feel bad because they gave our check two free meals but, I went in and the iced tea had a weird that to it, I went for lunch with some friends and ordered the pasta of some sort only to be ¾ done and find a hair in it I sent it back and the waiter looked really surprised almost as if I put it there but hen came back and told me he would give it to us for free since he wants us to come back and also gave my friend her meal free as well since she asked for grilled chicken and not fired and that didn’t happen. Overall great service but yeah that hair was a downside won’t be returning sorry :/​was a two star but I’m gonna go with three because of the service.

First time to a chilis. Very impressing. I loved the menu and it was hard to make a decision. I ended up getting a mango chicken and it was so good. It had diced mango and avacado on it plus a sweet and spicy sauce. I think it was supposed to be jabanero sauce but it wasn’t very hot. Great flavors I just wish the piece was bigger haha. I had the loaded mashed potatoes which were good and some southwest mac and cheese. I consider my self a mac and cheese conto sear. This was good but could have been a little better. Kind of what you expect though. Certainly better homemade. The service was great. It was late when we entered. However we were treated very nice. Ended up staying til nearly close and was never pressured to leave. Overall I loved it and I think you will too. I will go back for sure!!!

Had an awesome experience here. I had the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was great, cooked perfectly. Our waiter, Steve, was attentive and personable. He joked with us, checked back frequently, etc. It’s probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Always love the food there. Service is always fast and friendly. I especially love the chicken tenders (super moist white meat chicken with really good crispy outside) the buffalo chicken salad is delicious and we also tried the California chicken flat bread and it was awesome too

When we got there, we went directly to the bar and sat ourselves. Once seated, the bartender did not greet us or even turn around to look in our direction for 7 minutes. Once she finally decided to greet us, she said that she was sorry, but she had «like 20 to-​go orders to put in». She then took our drink order (2 beers at the bar) and brought me my beer, then left the bar area for a few minutes before returning to pour my wife’s beer.
Once we had drinks and menus, she yet again disappeared for a good 8 to 10 minutes into the kitchen. Please keep in mind that there were maybe 5 tables in the entire restaurant actually being used and 3 people, including my wife and i at the bar. It WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL. When she finally returned, we ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas to split.
8 minutes later a different server brings our fajitas out, but there was beef, shrimp, and chicken. We let her know that we didnt order chicken, so she took it back and appologized. Then about a minute later she yelled to the bartender that our food would be out in 40 seconds. When it arrived, we could clearly see that they scraped the chicken off the platter and threw on another 10 shrimp or so. We could see the remnants of the chicken on the skillet.
The fajitas were sub par at best, so we finished our drinks, paid the check and left. No one thanked us for coming in. Yhis was a very sad and dismal experience and i wouldnt recommend this location to anyone!

Diarrhea is all I can say. I made two trips to this establishment to give it a second chance. I’ve always liked Chili’s but something is not right with the food at this location. My first trip I got the tacos. There was zero taste going on inside them. They tasted like a tortilla flavored taco. It was like, «Yo dawg, I heard you like tortillas, so we put a tortilla inside a tortilla for you.» There was no seasoning whatsoever and it was dry. We left disappointed. My second trip was about 2 months later and I got a chicken taco like bowl with no tortilla this time. They decided to attempt to use seasoning this time and flooded the bowl with cayenne pepper it seemed. It was so hot that it was barely edible. We ordered a side of queso dip and it looked like diarrhea. I’ve never seen a brownish colored queso dip in my entire life. It tasted very strange as well. We only ate it because we were hungry. We ordered fried pickles and they were inedible. We tried one piece and all you could taste was salt. When we were done, we didn’t even take our leftovers home. I will never come back here. Ever!

How shall I put it? Those people would not be able to make escargot since they would not be able to catch the snails.
Their special night, half empty place, still a Monday. Couple with a baby and half an hour for a guac, over an hour now for fajitas?
Might be downgrading to one star of the food is crap.

Well, after previously writing a very very favorable review I have to ammend it. I guess it depends on WHEN you visit as to how your experence will be. I went there for my weekly visit for lunch and this time got a waitress I never had before, at the bar, and I couldn’t have had a worse experience. First, she ignored me for a considerable amount of time, even though there were hardly any customers at all. When she finally came to me she took her sweet time making my drink, and then got it wrong. Then, my chicken was way overdone… sent it back and when I got my meal back the french fries had been obviously LEFT on the plate while they redid the chicken and they were stone cold! Complained again and she brought out another order of fries but only HALF the amount they usually serve. This was an entirely lousy lunch at Chili’s, service wise and food wise. I will certainly make sure I never sit at the bar again when this particular waitress is on duty. She made me feel decidedly unwelcome.

We’ll let me start off by saying I settled for this place because Outback Steakhouse had a 1hour wait… So I saw there was no long lines here and decided to go with my DH well the steak was tough and tasted like a pork chop the loaded baked potato was over cooked and yuck the broccoli had no seasoning and was bitter!!! I didn’t expect a five star steak but a negative star steak wasn’t expected either… the waiter brought me watermelon lemonade when I asked for water and then took 20 minutes to bring me my water … The service was terrible and so was the food I think next time all the restaurants are super crowded… I’ll jus go buy me a good steak and make it myself… never ever will I settle again this place wasn’t good at all… what a waste of time and money

Stopped in for a quick margarita. After looking through the menu I choose a mango strawberry margarita on the rocks. The guys I was with chose a Patron margarita I like the presentation of theirs instead of. Having the extra liquid in a Boston shaker l, the extra liquid was in a patron bottle shaped shaker pretty nifty Chilis I must say. The bartender was solid no complaints.

Went there on a Friday for lunch and had a great experience. We got the Santa Fe quesadilla (which was spicy) and the new bacon avocado chicken on a pretzel roll. Both were very good and our soups were tasty as well ;) Everything incl. chips and salsa a large side of guac and a soda for a little over $ 25! ($ 30 at least, with tip) But the best part was the bartender/​waitress who was super friendly and very attentive and helpful. Thank you Chili’s for helping my lunch date with momma go well!

This was the first time I was ever at a Chilis and will be the last. Went around 2 – 3 on a Saturday, the place was empty. Seated with my three friends in a booth, in a section with only one other table. Our waitress was really friendly, and not everything was her fault, but a good amount was. We first ordered drinks. My friend ordered a special margarita that never came out. The waitress kept coming by to inform us that they didn’t know how to make it so they were looking it up and it took almost 20 minutes, so she asked for a water instead.
As for food, every single meal was wrong. I got a veggie burger and fries, but got the mashed potatoes that my friend ordered with her chicken sandwich (and she got my fries). My friend’s «bacon ranch quesadillas» had no bacon or ranch on them. When she told the waitress, she apologized and took it back. Unsure whether it was a manager or a just a different employee, but someone else comes back with the same exact plate and says «the ranch is baked into it so it might have just dried up, so here’s some on the side, and the bacon is in there», basically saying my friend just lied about it. We all looked in the quesadillas. Before there was no bacon. When she rudely brought it back and threw it on the table, they added about 2 crumbles of bacon. It was pitiful. And my other friend also got the wrong burger, but decided she would rather eat it then deal with more rude employees. We finally sat there for another 20 minutes after eating (without any refills) to wait for our check.
There is just really no excuse for service that was so incredibly poor. I’m very disappointed. The manager took $ 10 off our check and took off the drink my friend never got… which I’d hope they would do.
Never coming back.

Best Pomegranate Margarita & friendly servers. Guacamole with corn is awesome on the thinnest, crustiest nachos. Ribs are literally & figuratively finger licking good!

well after 2 years i though i will give it one more try. well THAT’S IT how could it be worse than before well it is slow at everything from greeting you at the door to the food to the check and the burgers well I’m done for good at this one

Slowest service EVER! I think that we were there for about 20 minutes before even meeting our server. Another 20 minutes later we still hadn’t even received water so I had to wave him down to inquire about it’s ETA. Apparently we should have rationed it to go along with our meal since we didn’t get a single refill.
We had the mix and match combo. We got half Chili’s Classic BBQ sauce and half Memphis Dry Rub. For our side we ordered mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. The sides were amazing! However, the ribs were the worst either of us have ever had! After all the hype about Chili’s baby back ribs and all the tempting commercials, we were both HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The ribs were extremely dry and had hardly any meat on them. It was pretty much just bones with mummified flesh stretched thin and covered with a stingy layer of sauce or rub We asked for cups of extra sauce to help combat the dryness. Sure could have used more water… the waiter was MIA. Neither of the sauce flavors were very tasty. The Chili’s Classic BBQ sauce tasted just like ketchup and honey mixed together.
I can’t help but wonder if these ribs were normal for Chili’s and that the people who rave about them are just idiots. OR perhaps these particular ribs came from an anorexic pig and then they were cooked for a few hours too long thus dehydrating any meat that had once been there. OR maybe I’m just used to real BBQ where I get more meat on one single rib than we got on that entire rack. This is not an exaggeration.
Definitely not coming back to this Chili’s. If I ever go to one again, I’ll make sure to steer clear of their ribs. Not worth $ 15 or even $ 5. All I have to say is: I want my money back money back money back.
