Was passing threw coming in from New York, had to stop by the dmv for a renewal license so I figured I’d get a bite to eat. Waitress was very friendly but the food was horrible, the pasta I had tasted as if the sauce was microwaved in the oven out of a can as long with the pasta, you could tell it wasn’t fresh pasta tasted like rubber

I thought the pizza was really gross. Very greasy and cheese was weird. I Won’t Go Back.

I never had a issue until the last several times we ordered. The orders were wrong or took too long to deliver. why I had hard boiled egg on a tuna club… I don’t know … Called to back and was put on hold after it took almost an hour and thirty mins to deliver. I only got that and a cold falling apart cheese steak… The rolls are always soggy. You have to watch when you order breakfast some people give you the meal other charge pre item …

Great food, great atmosphere. The owners and staff are always very friendly and treat you like family. My wife and I eat here about 1 – 2 times a week.

Last time I will come here. Food was decent, but this is the third time I heard the owner cursing at an employee! I don’t need to be subjected to that language every time I come in here. Keep your families away until he cleans up his mouth!!!

The best little hidden gem in Bensalem. A weekly favorite lunch spot for the Bensalem School District IT Dept. Been going here for years. Never had a bad meal.

Okay place. Okay pizza. 13 minute wait for 2 slices and some crusty garlic knots(they were more like pretzels). Good thing they have plenty of places to sit while you wait.

Quick and good. Love the breakfasts, and their paninis rock.

We visited for a banquet lunch. Very casual ambiance. They have a large back room that is relatively private. The servers were very attentive and kind. The food was decent — we had some basic dishes(chicken parm, ravioli etc.) Really large portions ! Nothing too exciting but also nothing to complain about. The restaurant itself, banquet room and bathrooms were very clean !

We have been ordering from them for about a year. Their prices are decent and the food has usually always been great. My wife loves the poppers and we both love the chicken tenders. The owner seems like he really cares about the customers. We had a few mistakes in our orders over the years and the owner is very apologetic and fixes the problem right away.

The calzones are so big you could beat a man to death with one. This is intended to be a compliment.

I went with a group of friends to get something to eat after some laser tagging. The laser tag ruled, but this isn’t about that, evidently. As soon as we walked in, the employees did a very poor job making us feel welcome. Nasty looks abound! We sat down, ordered sodas, and it took us a little bit of time to figure out what to eat but not any longer than a regular customer. One thing I can say is that the waitress was very attentive, she came over multiple times and on the second go around was kind enough to let us know that the establishment closed at 11. It was only 9:40 *tops* when she came over. She was very rude and passive aggressive, and that’s no way to treat customers or run a business. We left without eating. Overall, it was a very negative experience and we won’t be returning. So yeah, if you’re looking for a place that’s warm and welcoming, stay away from Crapanova’s. BOOMROASTED!

Was looking for a new pizza place for a while now and finally decided to check out Taranova’s. Boy am glad I did! Now, mind you, I’ve only had their pizza. Last weekend i got a pepperoni pizza — so good! So good that I went back this weekend and got another pizza(mushroom/pepper/meatball) — off the hook! Definitely give this place a try!

Ordered large tossed salad with grilled chicken to go. One of the worst i ever tried. Salad mix from the bag, not fresh at all. And few small pieces of chicken. Doesn’t worth $ 7,90 at all.

My favorite regular pizza place in bucks county. Go for the extra large. Great taste, texture. I used to live five minutes away and would order a few times a week. Now, I live about 20 minutes away and they don’t deliver to my home, but anytime I get near there, usually when I hit the gym at LA Fitness, I’ll pick up a pizza to take home afterwards. My son loves their buffalo chicken calzones.

I want breakfast ! I’ll be stopping here for breakfast from now on. The atmosphere was relaxed, clean and very quiet for a Sunday morning. The food was very good plus the portions were insane. Service was a little slow but the Unilocal app/Facebook solves that problem

I’ve been eating at Taranova’s for years, but I’ve slowed down recently due to inconsistency. Their pies used be really good in that decidedly bad for you, greasy, cheesy way. The cheese has a lot of flavor and melts really well, the sauce actually tastes like tomatoes, and the crust is a bit dry but has a nice, salty kick and a very crisp texture. At its best, Taranova’s offers one of the best pies in Bensalem. The kitchen unfortunately seems to be mostly staffed by teenagers and, subsequently, you get something different every time. On good days it’s great, but Taranova’s is a little too pricey for a gamble. Their other offerings are a mixed bag. The panini sandwiches are solid, as they use ciabatta bread and serve it with above-average, Italian seasoned fries. The calzones/strombolis are based on the same great pizza dough, but the fillings leave something to be desired. My vegetarian calzone was filled with the frozen vegetable mix you get at the supermarket, and my ham/spinach stromboli had frozen spinach and little pieces of Oscar Meyer-tasting ham. Not a good thing. They get pretty swamped on the weekends, so definitely phone-in a pickup order. My last couple pizzas from here have been less than satisfactory due to underfiring, improper cheese-sauce ratios, and other mistakes. I’ll definitely give Taranova’s another try in the near future, and hopefully the pizza will taste like the pies of past.

I met a couple friends here the other night. We ordered 3 extra large pizzas two orders of fries. I’m not sure how much the fries were, but the XL pizzas were only $ 12 apiece. The pizza was really tasty, even though it was a bit greasy. This will be my new go-to spot for pizza if I’m ever in the Neshaminy area.
