Love Taco Bells… but NOT this one. Last time I was there the chips were rancid and not much on the nachos. Was there yesterday Terrible service and food. One person working register and also dishing up orders. One employee yelling at others and using the word friggin… very inappropriate. Line was long. Our tacos had hardly anything in them and was supposed to be a supreme but wasn’t. The burrito supreme was not like any I’ve ever gotten before and was small. We won’t eat there again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

Oh my god, this is anything but fast food. It took them only about 30 seconds to get to taking our order, but about 15 minutes to actually get us our food. Everyone seemed to be lost. There were three people standing around in back looking like they were trying to figure out how to operate equipment. The woman running the counter kept shouting out things she needed made. It was just chaos and confusion. We weren’t the only ones waiting. There were about four orders in front of us. We went here to get something quick and it was totally disappointing. A few of the tables were also really dirty so we were glad we weren’t staying. They were also out of mild sauce when we asked for some.
To compensate us for our wait the manager gave us a couple of free sodas. After we filled our cups, we tried to find some place to throw the wrappers from our straws. All the trash bins we’re turned to face the wall and the only option was a trash can outside.
When we got around to eating our food the Mexican Pizza I ordered was completely different that Mexican Pizzas I’ve ordered before at other locations and it was packaged completely different. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a visit this bad.

This is not a review of the food here but of the establishment itself.
Upon first entering we were told by an employee that she would be right with us. She was sweeping the dining area at the time. Well she didn’t finish the area she was in or put up the broom. She just kept sweeping. About 2 minutes passed when a different employee came from the back to take our order.
No issues with taking the order itself, though there was no friendly greeting or token apology for the wait. She does say though that she can’t actually ring up my order because it’s not her drawer as I’m handing her my credit card. If I was paying cash I could see how that matters but not with a card. She just walks away at that point. I assumed that the sweeping employee will finish (she’s still sweeping at this point).
A third employee then comes to the register and says nothing. Just looks at me. Awkwardly. So I give her my card and she finishes the transaction. Then she walks away without giving me a receipt, order number even a thanks. Nothing just upped and walked away.
As I’m waiting for my food I notice this restaurant is just filthy. Seats looked like they were wiped down with a dirty floor rag, paint on the walls are chipping off, under the soda machine it’s dusty dirty and grimy. Sweeping lady fills up the ice portion and settles the ice inside with her bare hands. Just gross.
Will never go back to this Taco Bell again. Makes me miss my local one where people smile with all their teeth and I don’t need to wear gloves just to eat inside.

This is the most disgusting establishment ever! Save yourself the stomach pain and keep driving.

Everyting I have ordered tacos here they have been stale. When you order tacos, you would like to have crispy tacos. That shouldn’t be that hard to fix.

Taco Bell/​KFC combo, standard food but the place is filthy! The staff was friendly. Tables need to be cleaned and so do the floors. Gotta love traveling.

I actually won’t go here anymore. The restaurant could be empty and you still sit in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes just to get the wrong order… everytime. I also have inside informaton that an employee that works there, has a home that is so infested with cockroaches that this informant stated that he watched a roach crawling on this womans neck with no reaction from her, as if it was a normal everyday thing. Also this same unsanitary person, i witnessed inside the restaurant got fed up with customers asking for more chicken in the buffet, because it kept running out. Yelling at the top of her lungs «CAN WE PLEASE COOK MORE CHICKEN THESE PEOPLE KEEP FREAKING OUT.» Nice customer service.

This location has both a KFC and Taco Bell. Besides having half the menu of a normal taco bell, the restaurant is clean but outdated. The Pepsi fountain is probably older then me, the décor and interior is old and outdated, very worn. The cashier wasn’t even aware of the huge promo on the menu stating a large drink was $ 1 with the purchase of an XXL Nacho and overcharged me. The service was fast and friendly, but going at lunch was a mistake. Their was 100 senior citizens at the KFC buffet was is horribly located next to the order counter. Overall experience was okay.

I am a Taco Bell regular and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ate there once a few years ago and was disappointed in their food quality. Heading home from a recent long road-​trip to New Mexico for work, I stopped here hoping things had improved. What a mistake! The beans in the burritos were not fully reconstituted, so hard, dry beans almost shattered a tooth as I was eating. This location is combined with a KFC, can’t speak for the quality there as I’ve not been able to convince myself to try it. Their menu is limited and higher priced than any of the Tucson locations. I recommend starving for another 30 minutes to wait until Tucson if heading west on I-​10 past Benson. If you’re heading east… well, just keep driving. BTW McDonald’s is next door!

I’ve eaten here numerous times since this had been open. Every time I go with the hope that things have changed. Literally, EVERY single time I have gone here there was something wrong with my order. I have been charged the wrong amount, given the wrong order, shorted on my order, given chicken that was still raw in the middle, found hair in my food and been told to wait for an order and forgotten about! I love taco bell and KFC, but EVERY time I go to this location it is a horrible experience. It takes too long to get your food and the service has NEVER been good. I am finally done with going here and will NEVER go to this location again.

One of the worst KFCs I’ve ever been to. Skip it and go to Mc Donalds instead.

we stopped twice this past weekend … once after our visit to kartchner caverns and once on our way home after our visit to the chiricahuas. we did drive thru both times, and both times service was quick and competent. prices were marginally higher than my local phoenix taco bell, but based on the freeway location it is to be expected. our food was fine the first time, and a little less than fine the second time. one interesting note: they don’t use the «standard» taco bell chips in the nachos, which was disappointing. and yes, i do realize that it is pathetic i am aware of what the «standard» taco bell chip should be. this is a fine taco bell … i say give it a shot if you need your fast-​food fix in benson.

Horrible service — never even ate there after having waited for a really long time and then had to wait as the cashier searched for the button for our order — then he called another guy over to search for the right button — all to no avail. In the meantime, a lady came and slammed her order on the counter screaming: «you gave me stale tacos! give me a refund!» We left in frustration, only to go to the Wendy’s nearby and have an absolutely horrible experience there too.
I guess Benson really is a horrible place filled with idiots!
