Benton Relax Inn

I stayed at this hotel overnight on April 20^th 2015. After stopping from a long drive I checked in. The rate was advertised at a lower price than I ended up paying for. Walking into this room was a nightmare and immediately it became obvious that the room wasn’t cleaned from the last visitors nor would it pass a UV light test. If you are a hooker or a junkie it might be the place for you. From suspicious unidentified stains in the carpet to partially broken wobbly chairs and lamps. Damaged tiles in the bathroom and obscure graffiti all over the walls and furniture. Worst of all there was no hot water. I called the office to notify them about the problem and there solution was to run it turned on for twenty minutes. I waited an hour and still no hot water making me miserable. Random half eaten loaf of bread and one slice of cheese in the mini fridge with opened beer salt on the table next to used ear plugs and small change misplaced everywhere. I payed for a way nicer and cheaper hotel two days beforehand. With a flat screen that had a functional remote and to mention the metal prongs on the acc unit’s metal prongs were bent to all hell and given that fire hazard along with not having a smoke detector was way to troublesome that no one should deal with. I didn’t even begin to trust the sheets and slept above them and still woke up with a flea bitten reaction. I wanted a refund and all was unsatisfactory.
