Smooth check in, clean lobby, really clean rooms. Brand new so the bed was very comfortable with good linens. Breakfast was a normal breakfast but good. We received money off our night for AAA auto club. Felt safe and secure. My car did too. I loved the mattress so much I’m going to try to find out the brand and style! There are many chain restaurants in the area if needed. Thanks for a restful night.

They are unaware of how to check-in rewards members of the date was incorrect. My wife went inside with my 2 year old son at 1am. We had been driving for hours but as I was unloading I came inside and she had my wife waiting for me to call the Marriott hotline because they were unable to change the date on their end In the hotel or it would take more points away… not true. So she ended up calling and making it happen but it could have been taken care of before I came in. This isn’t the employees fault… she wasn’t trained properly and couldn’t be empowered to make the right call. I would encourage the manger to train their teams.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Fairfield location. Absolute no customer service. Forced to pay for a night I didn’t even stay there. They were very pushy and rude.

Ok this was an extremely nice hotel maybe cuz its new. But check in was great and easy staff was nice. They even asked where i want my marriott points to go!!! Also the room was big and clean! The bed was very comfortable! And the the bathrrom was nice asnd bug and i loved the shower!!! About to go try the bfast so maybe they will get all five stars! I hope so. this has been a great stay so far!

This location has just opened. It is very pristine, has a rather nice shower, auto lights in room, and a 24 hour exercise room. I was a bit disappointed on my checkin, as there were no staff anywhere & no desk bell. It took 20 minutes to find someone to check me in… While the facilities look pristine, they creak like a SOB. It’s brand new, so I guess it’s still settling, but it’s incredibly difficult to sleep with. In my room there were 5 different creaks that repeated every few minutes. There were also many other loud & noticeable creaks & groans throughout the hotel. Don’t expect much sleep if someone is above or below you. When they use the bathroom, the walls will groan worse than a cow being slaughtered. If you get up to use the bathroom at night, the auto light will turn on & stay on for far too long(waking up your companions). This location has Prox-style room keys. They are barely functional. You may spend a few minutes rubbing & rotating it trying to find the sweat-spot. I really wanted to like this hotel, I started with 5 stars… Then it just got lower as my stay continued & I had to deal with noisy rooms & technology that’s barely functional, yet integral to the stay.
