Was so pleasantly surprised by the superior service we received by all staff, especially the front desk. Accidentally left some clothes wrapped up in a towel and they were mistakenly picked up by housekeeping. After notifying the front desk of my mishap, the front desk attendant promptly researched the issue. Not only did I get my clothes back, but they were laundered and folded neatly when returned to me. Customer service at its best! Thank you!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Bentonville for Walmart meetings and don’t need anything fancy. Especially when you consider value for the money, this place is great.
FIVE reasons it’s a great place to stay as a business traveler:
First, the cost is very reasonable. Second, they have a free shuttle to and from the airport AND Walmart home office. Third, they have great free wireless internet. Fourth, CLEAN. Fifth, they have hot breakfast and free coffee (plus a Starbucks 50 feet away).

They were deeply apologetic, that this occurred and were unhappy that management didn’t do anything to work the problem through.
Coporate made sure that I was reimbursed for the night, and throughout the process I had a single point of contact.
While I may not stay at that particular location again, I will stay with the chain again.
