Best Western Castlerock Suites

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Definitely the best 2.5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Did not make it down for breakfast but they had a great variety of foods. Our room was very clean and worked perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

I’d actually give these guys 6 stars if I could. I travel every week and have stayed at this hotel 5 times over the years. I have never come across a hotel that is consistently «on it». Clean rooms, properly staffed at check-​in/​check-​out so there is little to no waiting, rooms are nice/​clean/​spacious, breakfast is good and always stocked, business computers always work, printer has toner/​paper, staff is very helpful. Extra kudos to their GM Camilo, great and very helpful guy. Literally the best experience and value for the dollar out of any hotel that I’ve stayed.

I would NEVER EVER stay at this hotel! Woke up with a tic or some kind of bug on me and do you think anyone apologized or did anything to try and make it right ?!? NOPE !! The scary part is to think this is the «nice hotel» in this area.

HOWEVER, do not trust the
Low Rate Guarantee Program! They hide the truth of this sham by burying it in the fine print which cost me $ 50+ over
lowest price. I searched for a lower price after booking with
as the site recommended I do through their Low Rate Guarantee Program. What follows is my response to their declining my application for price matching:
Thanks for your patient response and taking the time to explain further the parameters of your program. I had come to the conclusion of a guarantee promise in a completely different reading. If you’d take a suggestion, I believe this has happened to others. This ruling needs to be reworked, reworded & prominently displayed firstly upon clinking the link to low price guarantee on your website. If it had been obvious to me – someone holding a terminal degree – I wouldn’t have gone searching for lower prices after booking your low price.

Very nice for the price. Very clean. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast coffee all day long. Will stay there again on next visit

Five stars. Yep. Why?
Never been to a «cheap» hotel that had as many amenities and clean, nicely furnished rooms as this. Pool & hot tub. Breakfast that was actually edible. LCD TV, comfortable bed, wifi, usable furniture, nice bathroom, etc.
Hard to beat for the $ 70ish/​night I spent.
Other things of note. Dink’s BBQ is within walking distance. Great cheap BBQ. That’s about the only place within walking distance that I would go to, otherwise catch a ride.

I’ve probably stayed here 8 – 10 times over the last 5 years, most recently this week for 2 nights.
This is a pretty new hotel. It’s tastefully decorated, the TVs are flat screens, the beds are super comfy. Everything is very clean. They have free wifi — it’s not super fast but it’s not too bad — and a good selection for breakfast in the morning. The employees are all friendly and helpful.
There’s an indoor pool and hot tub that I have never used. I have however used the fitness center. It’s a smallish room with a TV on the wall, a couple of treadmills, a stationary bike and an elliptical machine. I actually like that elliptical machine better than the ones they have at 24 hour fitness but I suppose it sees a lot less action than those at the gym.
Not every Best Western is this nice so be sure to do your research, but this one is great and I always look forward to staying there.

Stayed two nights during a Razorbacks football game weekend. The price was very reasonable compared to other snazzy higher-​end franchise hotels nearby. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional too.
