So today’s experience not so good. Made 1:45 appt for 3 pedicures a fill and a shelac mani. Got seated at pedi chair at scheduled time. 1 of us waited 20 min for pedi. My young daughter waited about 35 minutes and her technician came and went 3 – 4 times leaving her sit there(she is 7) now sitting at over and hour and still not done. I finally got my toes started after 1 hr soaking in the chair. After removing my polish they wanted to leave me to do a walk in manicure. Really? I’ve been sitting her over an hour now and you want me to wait another 15 minutes until my 7 year old daughter is done so her technician can do mine. I politely reminder her how long I had been sitting. She continued with me. Overall still a very good pedicure but I think they were a bit understaffed today and trying to accommodate everyone.

I had a great experience here. Clean, nice environment, professional staff with a mostly opi color selection. Is it a NYC mani and pedi, no, but it is soooo much better than that awful xna airport place. I would definitely come back when I am in town again.

Brand new salon just opened across from the Doubletree. My daughter and I got pedicures. We got lucky and walked in with no wait. As this place gets more well known I’m sure appointments will become more important. The service is terrific. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and they got our tubs ready while we picked out colors. Their pedicure was great, you can pick from lots of options and custom scents from a pedicure menu. It also looks like they’ll be serving wine soon, yay! The massage with the pedicure was very relaxing. Hot stones for your feet and legs, AHHHH! I will absolutely come back here. They also offer hair services and skin care. Worth checking out!
