Worst customer service I have experienced at this location. I have been here a couple times in the past two months being here on an extended trip, and today was by far the worst experience. Went through the drive-thru and thought it would be a good idea to get enough for the family for lunch and dinner, so two $ 26″ subs each and three drinks. The person taking my order kept interrupting me so she could do each order individually. Then, we get to the window, where she finally told us our total, which we felt was more than it should have been. She said the drinks with tax were over $ 2, so it made our total nearly $ 20! She gave me the receipt, one that I could NOT even read, and her claim was«well, that’s all I got»…WHAT?! We got two sweet teas and one unsweet, all three were warm and under iced, with the unsweet not containing ANY ice. It was just a bad experience. Thankfully, we won’t have to worry about going back since our trip ends Friday.
