Quiznos

I came here for an early lunch today. I have been to Quiznos before, but not this location. Normally, I really like quiznos.
LOCATION/​PARKING/​WAIT:
It is located in a small shopping center with plenty of parking in the parking lot. I was there for an early lunch and no one else was there, so no wait for me! I’d assume it would be more crowded during lunch time. You get in line and order your sandwich as you go down the line.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
So, a woman made my sandwich today and she did not give great customer service. I did not get her name. I have worked plenty of customer service oriented jobs and understand what good customer service is and how important it is. She wasn’t necessarily flat out rude, but no personality at all. When I asked her questions she did not answer nicely at all. I asked what were the options of dressings/​sauces I could choose from and she seemed annoyed that I would want to know and she would have to say them out loud. If you don’t want to repeat the sauces (or other toppings — when I asked what the toppings were she seemed annoyed to — well most of them at the top on them so I couldn’t see them) then you need to put up signs showing all the options. Even if you are miserable at your job at least smile.
A man checked me out at the cashier and he was very friendly and demonstrated good customer service.
FOOD:
You pretty much pick what you want in your sandwich. They have a menu with different options you can choose from to if you don’t want to pick your own. Overall, I’ve always had good sandwiches at quiznos.

I eat here once or twice a week. Good food with great service. About the best experience you could ever expect from a sandwich shop.
