Not writing about this store but the fact that Verizon GETSITRIGHT with the TravelPass program for international travelers. I was just in Australia for 2 weeks and, for just a reasonable daily fee, USEDMYPHONE just like I was at home. Excellent. After messing around with unlocking, sim cards, cheap portable phones, other packages that didn’t work, this is such a relief. If you’re with Verizon, don’t miss this. If you travel, it’s a reason to be with Verizon.

Bad customer service. I watched 3 customers come in wait around and leave because no one greeted, acknowledged, or even addressed them. If employees can’t help customers they shouldn’t be on the floor chatting it up with each other. Someone who came in after me was even helped before me and all I was needing to do was preorder a phone

I visited this location being new to the area in October 2014. I was going in to add my employers discount to my bill. I thought this was simple; two months later I received a bill and noticed my entire plan was changed. I went from a shared 8GB of data to shared 3GB of data; which caused me to exceed my data usage and get charged additional fees. I never asked to change my plan, simply add my discount. When I now call to explain what happened, they are saying if I return to my old plan it will be even more than I was originally paying. Be wary when visiting this location, and ask all the necessary questions.

CHECKYOURRECEIPT. Went to this location for a new SIM for my iPad. After getting home, I checked my Online Account Information to find I had been enrolled in «Verizon Tech Coach» for $ 7/month. Called Customer Service who tried to call the store, but said they were closed, even though I had left there 30 minutes before and it was the middle of the afternoon. Went back to the location to find it not closed, told a manager who said I would not be charged, but only because I was cancelling it the same day. I guess I would be SOL if I had waited to check my account. Bottom Line: If you have to do business here, check your receipt carefully. If you don’t get a receipt, check your online account information for any new programs or services you may have been enrolled in without your knowledge of consent.

We were welcomed like they actually wanted us to be there(unlike another business across the street) & were very helpful. Our salesman, Aaron, was very knowledgeable & friendly & helped us pick phones & a plan that worked for us & our budget… He even called our previous provider to «break up» with them for us! We were very satisfied with the service we received there.
