A perfect place to sort out any billing issues, or buy a device or accessories from a place that honors your corporate/Premier discount if you qualify for one on your service plan. Staff will open the door for you, greet you, and hand you off to the next available representative based on the type of shopping or service you’re there for. Quite a complete process, and it ensures that you never feel like you’re lost in the store without anyone to look after you(or the inverse — with multiple employees badgering you when you’re just browsing). Special shout-out to Judy for being the only employee of the three that I spoke to across 2 days who knew how to handle an online Premier order with pickup in store. I managed to break my Blackberry case(again), and she had me out the door in under 10 minutes on my second visit.
