I needed a pizza shaped like Mickey Mouse to surprise my kids with a Disney trip and this was the only place in Bergenfield that was able to accommodate my request. The gentleman that helped us, I believe his name was Tyler, was awesome! Thanks again for the help on carrying out our surprise.

Gave them a second chance because the kids wanted that brownie on the commercial which by the way they did enjoy. I can say that this time food was delivered quickly but maybe they rushed because the chicken was raw ugggg. Never again. I have learned my lesson.

Horrible. We confirmed our order and name with the kid at the front and he said it would be ready in a few minutes. After 25 minutes another man asked for our name and low & behold our order was already complete and sitting in the heater… Came home and nothing was cut and there was a black hair in our pizza… Not going back there. 30 dollars wasted.

I placed an order for a medium, half spinach, half extra cheese pie, with an order of bread sticks. I was extremely hungry and despite the hour wait I was told it would be when I called, I placed the order. After over an hour, I called to check on the status, when I spoke to an employee and then supervisor who advised me my order would be another 45 min to an hour because«they had alot of orders that night.»…Is that a joke? Listen pal, I don’t know you, you are not a local family mom and pop shop, I don’t care how many orders gi received for the night. The fact of the matter is, your place has horrible reviews because of the exact type of scenario that took place tonight. I worked in the catering hall industry for years, and with top star rating places. I would be embarrassed to have your team employed under the franchise. Not the type of customer service one would come to expect, though it does make sense as to the ratings you recieve.

How has this pizza Hut location not closed already? I don’t know why I’ve tried more than once. My most recent incident with them is that they forgot our breadsticks with our order. Not a huge deal so we called and asked if we could just get the $ 5 for the breadsticks we never received refunded onto our credit card. The manager refused… I had to call corporate to get it back. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Horrible service. Watched a man who actually dropped the wings the man next to me was buying on the GROUND and pick them up and put them back on the plate like we didn’t see it! I even called him out for doing it and he denied it like I was some fool. That was a month or two ago and I vowed I wouldn’t go back but today I did, believing that it would be better than last time but when they called me to pick up my order, my pizza was missing the pepperoni and the wings I ordered weren’t ready. Was not as bad as last time but still. Horrible service!

I don’t know what the fuss is about. I’ve never had any problems with this Pizza Hut. I’ve been ordering for 3 years now. Delivery is usually 30 – 40 mins as expected; pick up time is about 15 mins. Everything that I’ve ordered came correct. They’re not extra friendly but that works for me. You order with the app and that works too. We even use coupons online and works perfectly evry single time. No complaints. And for those reviewing on super bowl night, I mean come on!!! Expect delays and possible cancellations. When we order super bowl food I call it in –no online orders and call them again 30 mins later if it’s in the works & ask for an eta just to double check. It’s freaking super bowl. Think and be considerate; even if you are the customer spending your money.

Pizza was decent .same category as dominos as expected maybe slightly better .I thinks it’s way overpriced compared to its competitors, .here in nj we have very good local pizza and when deciding to get a corporate type pizza id say go with Pizza Hut for corporate pizza quality if you can afford it.

I never eat Pizza Hut because I work at Dominos. But I wanted to try the new hot dog crust because it looked appetizing in the commercial. I then ordered a half plain and half spinach pie. HOWEVER, when I got my pie, the spinach was just plopped onto the pizza. At dominos, we scook our spinach into out pizza, so this nonsense doesn’t happen

I ordered here for the first time because my local carry out closes at 11 on Friday. So I ordered online from this location which closes at midnight as it says online. Driving on my way, 11:15 and I get a call they they are closing up so they have to cancel. I take it they wanted to hurry up for party time. Oh well

I love pizza hut but ive had many bad experiences with this location. One of the managers, or maybe assistant manager, named juan is a very rude man who favors anyone else who is hispanic. I stood in line and waited to get my food and he saw me. He looked directly into my eyes and saw that i came to pick up. He looked away and went to text on his cell phone. Then the phone rang and he picked it up and continued to take the callers order. I saw my pizza sitting in the heated container. Then a hispanic lady came in to pick up. He then asked her in spanish if he could help her and proceeded to ring her up, note that her order was not even ready yet. After all this, i did not want to give them my business because of this one manager named Juan. I decided to just walk out and place an order at the dominoes down the street in dumont. Also have had very bad experiences with an employee there who had a lip piercing and looked like a male but was really a female. Very rude people. But the only reason i give it 2 stars rather than 1 is because of one manager who is very respectful. His name is Eric, ive only had good experiences with him. I can tell that he is a very nice and hardworking guy with good morals.

First of all, I’ve never written a review for anything in my life. But the service I received at this Pizza Hut warrants my bad review. I ordered at 5:45 and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I waited until 7:15 and the pizza hadn’t gotten there. The second I picked up the phone to cancel the order, the driver pulls up. I gave the deliver guy a $ 3 tip anyway and when I get in the house, I noticed that the boxes were full of grease and crushed. and then… ABSOLUTELYDISGUSTINGFOOD! The dough had dried up but was still greasy if that makes any sense. The cheese was black. I will never ever order from this Pizza Hut again… EVER.

We ordered 1 Garlic bread pizza(9 pieces), 1 Pzonne and 1 order of breadsticks with a Pepsi, the order was placed at approximately 9:40PM. We received our food by 10:50PM However the breadsticks were forgotten and the food arrived cold. We \called back to let the women on the phone know that we did not receive our full order. She was rude and did not apologize and asked if we wanted to be given credit or if we wanted the food.(I SHOULDHAVECHOSECREDIT). Instead I chose to get the food because I was really looking forward to eating them. Now we called back immediately after we brought the food into the house which was at around 10:57 or so. Of course we didnt realize that Pizza Hut closes at 11:00PM. Anyway, we didn’t receive our remaining food item until almost 12AM. Being that we had to wait so long you would think that the food would be fresh… I can assure you it was NOT fresh and it tasted like someone microwaved the order of food from 2 hours ago… The sauce tasted sour and made me sick while the breadsticks were soggy and tasted like they were sitting for weeks. We were not at all pleased with how this was handled. It shouldn’t matter if you close at 11:00PM or your open until 1:00AM, customer service and satisfaction should be top priority and I Can assure you that it wasn’t and you could feel it over the phone and in the food. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut for a very long time. I will be calling in the morning and speaking to a manager about our food that will now be thrown away because it is not edible. If I could, there would be «no stars» for this particular location. A few weeks back, we ordered 2 large pizzas from them a little after 9 pm. We had company, we kept waiting till 10:45 pm, pizza hadn’t showed up. We called like 20 times to the location to cancel the order, phone was busy for like half an hour. LITERALLY. So we told our door man not to take the pizza and started to leave to go to an other restaurant. At 11:10pm we get a call from the pizza guy, that where are you guys, I am downstairs with the pizza! Most likely he was invisible because we were downstairs and didn’t see him. My husband told him that we didn’t want the pizza, cancel the order. He said, why you didn’t call the store. My DH told him the line was busy, in reply he the delivery guy said, why the F&*&^ you didn’t call me. My DH told him we called the company and why would we call you??? made no sense. Anyways, he cursed my DH and hung up the phone. I have sent a complain twice to Pizza Hut and told them I would like a followup in this matter and I have NOTHEARD A REPLYFROMTHEM as yet and it’s been almost 3 weeks. I am not a complainer but I don’t want to put up with the crap companies put customers through. There is no reason! So buyers beware!
