The Right Pizza

The guy clearly saw me when I came in the store and just ignored me. Had to wait like 20 minutes for him to acknowledge me and take my order. Mind you there was no other customers. Then another guy came to ring me up and I said «here you go» and put my hand out to give him the money and he just disregarded me for a couple minutes as well. Never had worse service in my life.

The pizza slices are okay. But one day I ordered a chicken parm on hero bread and that was disgusting. Chicken was very dry and dark. It’s if they used Tysons breaded chicken you buy at the supermarket put a few pieces and put cheese on top of it. Too much bread for the amount of chicken in it with tasted like shit anyway. Word to the wise do not order the chicken parm, a total waste of $ 8!
Order the slice of pizza instead.

First off, this is my second time ever ordering from this place. First time wasn’t so pleasant but I thought why not try again. So on 3÷24÷16 I placed an order for delivery, only a 15 min drive tops! So I ordered chicken fingers and fries for a friend let’s say her fries were still slightly frozen inside and kind of boney when trying to bite into it which is EXTREMELY DISGUSTING!!! Her fries were soggy and it was just a horrible situation. Anywho– onto what I ordered. I ordered the wrap which was called the grilled chicken delight; inside it was supposed to have grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, basil, tomatoe and balsamic vinegar– and on the side I asked for sweet potatoe fries. Now what did I actually get ?! After waiting an hour and a half almost 2 hours!!! I opened the wrap just to see it had POUNDS of raw onions and grilled chicken in it, it made my whole entire store smell disgusting, the wrap wasn’t even cut in half or even rolled correctly– and it WASNT EVEN THE RIGHT ONE THAT I ORDERED!!! And to top that off, they sent me not one sweet potato fries order but charged me for 2!!! And for 2 HUGE Poland spring waters! I asked for one water one sweet potato fry order, but nope they did not listen they just double charged me. So I thought you know I’m starving, they screwed up my order, so why not call and ask them to change it. I called and told him he sent me the completely wrong thing and he kept telling me no. He started yelling saying that’s what I asked for when I clearly
Didn’t. They he hung up, I had my associate call him and tell him that I wanted a different wrap and a refund for the extra food he sent!!! THEN HE HUNG UP AGAIN!!! I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager, I said can you please give me a refund for my order it was incorrect and I can NOT eat it. He said «listen lady I don’t do refunds» I said please don’t call me lady — because he was getting smart with me. Then he said «okay lady what would you like me to do» I said I want a new sand which and I want to throw this one out because the onion smell is making my whole work place smell disgusting — he said wait an hour and I’ll send you the order you want– I said okay but I’m throwing out this nasty wrap, he said NO LADY I need to take it back and show my boss… In what food industry or even delivery service would you want to take back an order? That’s disgusting unless you’re in a restaurant and you’re just taking it to the back. I mean seriously this has already been sitting in my office for a good 2 hours now and you want me to send it back? That’s just gross. Well finally I got my wrap, the one I «asked» for with no apologies nothing. I open the wrap and it was just a disgusting mess pouring out all over the place, not to mention it looked like snot was inside of it and the ranch I asked for on the side was CHUNKY and green. This place is horrible — rude — disgusting. Not to mention I gave them my credit card number over the phone and they had used it PLENTY of times and did MULTIPLE CHARGES– now that my friend is called FRAUD. So i will certainly take action with whatever I can do, the food department needs to SHUT THEM DOWN. And I will make it happen 100% — I never had to CRY over such horrible people. DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE.

The pizza is ginormous, idc of that is not a word, lol. I made the mistake of ordering 2 slices. One is enough to last for lunchtime. The pizza is big and delicious and will fill you right up. One of the best pizza places in Teaneck, in my opinion. They also have calzones, and other things on the menu that are pretty good

I like their pizza a lot… Not because its the best, but it’s the most consistent. Everything there is well priced for what you get. Quick delivery to the next town in about 30 minutes (Englewood bordering Tenafly). We order a lot from here. :)

Solid New York style pizza. And it’s done right. The wait is average and the service is reliable. Pizza pick-​up is cheaper. My go-​to pizza spot for the family and friends. They are consistently good and the owner is pleasant & honest. I always get plain pies and sometimes calzones. I’ve never ordered anything bad from here. Probability is you won’t either.

Honestly the grading is more due to the service than the food. I ordered a half buffalo half chicken/​pineapple. The pizza took an hour to get here even though I’m like 5 minutes away. The pie came without the pineapple.
I called the place and they verified that this was ordered with pineapple and was made without. At every other pizzeria they customary thing to do is to send out another pie. This place wanted to pick up the pie, take it back, and put pineapple on top of it.
Obviously baked pineapple and pineapple placed on top tastes different. I then asked for a couple of slices with pineapple be sent. The owner said he would charge me for the slices but not for the pineapple toppings. I said that makes no sense. They messed up and yet they said I was taking advantage of the situation.
I would suggest everyone go to jerrys down the street. If nothing else cause the service at the right pizza is terrible… in fast its wrong

Everything I’ve eaten and seen other people eat here looks delicious. They will serve you and everything is cooked fresh that day. One of the best pizza spots in town.

I just ate a slice and it sucked. My stomach is hurting it had oceans of grease all over it. I also ordered garlic knots and unlike the usual wrapping in tin foil, they just plopped my garlic knots on top of my slice to create an even worst grease effect. I will never eat there again. I’d rather go to Jerry’s any day.

Once upon a time, Jerry’s Pizza on Teaneck Road was run by a gentleman and his family. One day, that gentleman disappeared. With it, he took the heart and soul out of Jerry’s pizza. Jerry’s Pizza became a disgusting, thick crust mess.
Fear not, the kind gentleman has returned to the Right Pizza. The slices are large, the price is right, and the taste is awesome! Hooray!!!

I received a flyer and thought why not try it, how bad could it be !!! While placing my order I heard many voices ordering as well. Good sign right?
Well after waiting 50 min to arrive what a big disappointment.
I ordered Rigatoni with vodka sauce. I open the plastic mounds of olive oil and cheese curds!!! It turned out to be I think Stuffed Rigatoni with Alfredo Sauce not appetizing. We also ordered fried calamari, soggy and thick and unseasoned.
Two dishes not edible threw it away.
My husband ordered Shrimp fra diavolo very spicy we got through it since we where so hungry we sopped it up with our own bread. Yup no bread or extra cheese, napkins or utensils.

I Really Loved the slice I had as a walk in. For one, it was huge, thin crust, plenty of cheese and sauce and chewy. I have tried a lot of pizza, I think this place is the best in the area!
We did try the delivery, it was good also, but I did enjoy walk in slice better! Maybe because it was larger and hotter! overall a good choice!
