Great food if the service equaled it. Hours posted are wrong. They seem to set their own hours. Numbers posted are wrong as well. Very good food. Horrible business sense.

This place is usually a little venue for shows; the first time(and only time) I went here was for a charity event, actually, so I’m only reviewing from the during-show experience. By the time I got to the show(I was early too), all of the tables in the main area were pushed together, making it really difficult for people to get in/out of the middle tables and seats. I ended up on the other side of a separator that completely blocked my view when I sat down. Oh well. The staff here is generally okay, I guess. I found that the younger employees were a little friendlier, and the older employees seemed to have that«hurry-up-and-order» disposition. It’s also the kind of place that expects you to walk up to the counter to order. If you order food and sit down, however, they’ll generally bring it to your table. Drinks are picked up at the counter. Overall, not something to really complain about. The food is all right for a casual Asian cuisine place, but unless you’re familiar with Filipino food, most of the menu will look foreign. None of the food is particularly extraordinary, but I personally recommend the BBQ pork. Their bubble tea isn’t so much bubble tea as it is a diluted milkshake with tapioca pearls. Still good nonetheless(but took forever to make; they didn’t tell me that their chocolate flavor ran out until after waiting five minutes at the counter). However, at $ 3.50 a pop, I wouldn’t come here just for their bubble drinks(I guess I’m used to good, inexpensive bubble tea from Chinatown, NY). To summarize, it’s a bit of an overpriced foodplace for subpar service. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again unless it was the only place opened in the area.

My parents and I went to this restaurant thinking we’d enjoy some good Filipino food for lunch. We got there around 1pm. It wasn’t particularly crowded and so we could not understand why we weren’t being waited on. This is the kind of restaurant where you pick what food you want, pay for it, then sit down. So tell me why it took over 10 minutes for us to even be acknowledged? We were so incredibly mad that we left and went to another Filipino restaurant which was run by only 1 person yet we were waited on immediately. Also, Wuzz Up was a big restaurant, but looked kinda dingy. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to be waited on in a decent amount of time.
