I dropped off a rug 3 years ago that had my dog’s urine stains all over it. They said they most likely could clean it but no promises. Well the many stains did not come out and they called me with the bad news. After discussing the possibility of saving parts of the rug I told them to just throw it in the garbage. I never thought about the severely stained carpet until the next year when I received a charge on my credit card for close to $ 300 I disputed the bill with American Express and then Bedrosian’s showed Amex the invoice(which I never authorized nor was contacted) and Amex said it was a valid charge. I have so many Amex charges that I never followed up on this. Then on 1÷15÷16 another $ 280 charge shows up from Bedrosian’s. At this point I have a different card number, have never heard from Bedrosian’s since they informed me the urine stains did not come out, but there is another Bedrosian charge for $ 286. I had a heated exchange with the owner’s wife asking what the unauthorized charge was for and she could not explain it as we both were yelling over the phone. They somehow found out my new card number and somehow charged it without AUTHORIZATION which is or should be a criminal offense. They have never contacted me about a bill or that they were storing a pis stained rug that I told them 3 years ago to throw out. I called them and asked who authorized the charge and how they obtained my new credit card number and the owner hung up on me. I called back and they said I should be happy that I received the stained carpet which is ludicrous. The owner said he will show Amex the bill and win the dispute. Again, how did they get my new card number and charge the card with no authorization? How do they store a worthless carpet and why wouldn’t they contact me to say they were charging me the last few years? American Express was dumbfounded that Bedrosian’s were able to do this and they blocked their account. Check your credit cards when you charge something with them. If Amex wants to press charges, I will be glad to testify. $ 560 bucks to store a carpet that I told them to discard. I paid for the cleaning which did not remove any stain but never expected a storage fee for a service I never signed up for. How do they charge you for a service you never wanted or asked for. I will never use them again.
