I created a Unilocal account just to write this post! Kohler Waste Service (KWS) is an outstanding company. The customer service provided by Lynne Kohler (the owner) is exceptional and the garbage service is great. I switched to KWS over a year ago because of their great prices, not knowing that the greatest value that KWS provides is the extraordinary effort they put into making sure their customers are taken care of at all times. If you’re not using KWS, you should be!

OK, I don’t usually review garbage companies, but this one is so great. I have never had any problems with their service, which is much more than I can say for other companies, but the customer service here is outstanding. The company is run locally out of Gillette by Lynne Kohler (the K in KWS) and when I rarely need something special taken care of she always comes through. She resolved my mistake today, which prompted me to write this. Oh yeah, their prices are the best around too (I’ve shopped) –call them and see, they’ll beat your company. They also give you a big container free, and they can bill your credit card automatically if you want wish is very convenient.
