Champion Waste Removal

It was great working with Champion Waste Removal. I dealt directly with the owner, Louis, who patiently answered all my questions — even when I asked him the same questions over and over. I especially appreciated that he was willing to communicate over text, as it was easier and much more convenient for me. I had to drop a star because there was a snafu with scheduling, but Louis made sure to make it up to me and gave me a good deal for my junk. To top it off — his staff was very accommodating and professional — and were friendly towards my mom (huge brownie points there)! I would 100% recommend this local business to anyone who needs junk removal, as they take oils and paints that other junk companies are unwilling to take. If I ever need junk removed again, I’m calling Louis and Champion.

This is how Champion Waste dealt with their assessment that a dumpster was «over-​filled»: By not only removing «excessive» items but shattering glass all over the curb. We didn’t see them do this but we saw them driving away without using the netting feature that the dumpster had on it that may have kept everything in place just fine. Even if it was unable to be taken as is and items had to be removed shattering glass on the curb like this is unacceptable. People walk their dogs and kids on this street. I attempted to share photos of the results. Beyond this they were late retrieving the dumpster despite the permit only being for the days we were told and instead of owning it he blamed the customer stating «you were supposed to call me.» No, that’s not at all what was agreed to. It was supposed to be picked up on Tues. Thurs is when it was retrieved.

This was my first time using a waste removal service and it went as smoothly as I could have hoped. The owner personally came out to help me, price was reasonable, and both of my offices were cleared in as quickly as I could have imagined. I’l use them again if ever in the area and need service.

I called Champion Waste Removal to remove railroad ties from a vacant lot. They showed up early, performed the work immediately and even swept up the leaves surrounding the debris. They came with only one day notice. I have used Champion Waste to complete residential and commercial clean-​ups from a few few boxes to a 40 yard dumpster. They are always on time and fairly priced. They return your calls promptly and if there is any issue the owner personally visits the site. You can’t get any better than that.
