Music Together of Berkeley Heights

It’s getting the right teacher that makes the program so worthy to go with your child. I see Music Together locations closer to this but go to Berkeley Heights for the teachers. Patricia (the owner and director of the program) and Jeng-​jiu (who no longer teaches. miss her!) are note-​worthy teachers who really knows music, understands children, cues in to your child and folds in your child’s behavior into the music program while maintaining enthusiasm and fun in the classroom.
This studio is small and located at Laura’s Dance Studio. she maxed at 10 children as that means 20 or more people in the studio (with the parents and instructor).
There’s 9 music programs — Bongos, Triangle, Tambourine… etc I’ve attended about 5 of them. They give you a booklet about the program and that children can either be verbal or movement to music but eventually they become both as they grow older.
The music class is perfect in my opinion for children 15 months to 3.5 years old but I’ve seen children less than 15 months and children older than 3 years. I see this class as a great way for them to learn vocabulary, speech, listening skills, instrument play and body movement — all intelligent traits that we want our child to be well-​rounded in development.
Cost is $ 185 for 10 weeks and a one time only family fee of $ 15
