I wouldn’t trust them. I called to ask how much it would cost to get my laptop fan cleaned. They refuse to do any work without doing a full diagnostic on the computer itself. I said all I need is a simple hardware fix, I don’t need anyone going in my computer. The guy essentially said most customers don’t know what they really need and said I would HAVE to let them diagnose my computer. I said well I guess I’m not a customer for you then. Weird, invasive, probably stealing information, or at the very least conning little old ladies into spending more on PC repair then they should.
