This company is absolutely horrible. They literally bid nearly 3x the cost of what the job should be. My elderly mom found them in the yellow pages and the technician came and immediately quoted nearly 4k for work that I had done for 1k. BE AWARE AND AVOID. Whoever runs/owns this company is criminal. It is INSANE what they want to charge you for work.

This company’s technician was very unprofessional. He looked at our heater (about 2 minutes) and announced that we needed to replace it without doing any kind of testing or even explaining to us why the replacement was necessary. We had a report (an evaluation) that PG&E left with us the day before that he was even interested in reviewing. Before we had time to confer and/or consider what he told us, he walked out and left. I will never use their services again.

He arrived on a Friday night around 745 p.m. He was so late. Not only that, he overbid and gave us a ridiculous estimate. I sense he didn’t want the job and didn’t want to start working on a job on a Friday evening. He wasted our time.
