I made a Unilocal account just to write a terrible review about this place. I am still currently waiting for my pizza and it has been almost 2 hrs. I also live 10 mins from the store location. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, their manager (or someone) should be fired.

Well, I don’t EVER order from Dominos, for no particular reason, up until now. Sure, I called at the very end of the night. Sure, I was told that it could be an hour and a ½ wait. So surely, I was impressed when my «pizza» showed up not even 20 minutes later. I’m not really sure what happened here to my BBQ chicken pizza (see picture) but I’m pretty sure it didn’t just slide around in transit, especially when I know it must have been made within 10 minutes or less. The globs of cheese and piles of chicken made it impossible to see where the slices were cut so I just started to pull on the edges to find a weak spot and hope for the best. I ended up eating it with a fork and knife– there really wasn’t any other way to go about it. After a few bites, I decided to forget the pizza all together.

They took forever on delivery! Finally got the pizza five minutes ago and I’m so heated I’m writing a review already. They burnt one pizza and the other was undercooked lol. Please shape up Dominos, I used to love you guys as a kid. Now I’m so disappointed

Wrong order item — I ordered the Feta Spinach, received the plain cheese :(
The delivery guy refused to walk the pizza to our door and we had to call him to ask about our dipping sauce.
Everything tasted good, but I don’t think I’ll order again, this was a terrible experience.

We ordered our food at 11pm and 2 hours later we still hungry. No call, email, nothing! So much for the 36min delivery time. We seriously live 5 min away. We’ve gotten food from this dominos before, it was terrible but we still gave it one more try tonight and again we are disappointed. Seriously, where the hell is my food?! FYI the pizza tracker lies! Claimed our food was delivered on time when it was not.

Very slow. I ordered pizza like 35 mins ago and still waiting for it. I usually 9rder from papajohns but their site was down. So I decided to try them. Papajohns comes in like 10 mins. And domino’s is right outside like 5 min walking place. I don’t know why they are taking so long.

So it was cinco de Mayo when I ordered so the long wait was expected. Each time I called I was greeted with friendly customer service and updated on when my pizza would arrive. This place has taken a lot of negative reviews but it seems to definitely be turning around. My very complicated pizza order came out perfect and was the best pizza I have eaten in I can’t remember how long. Also the Asian delivery man (I did not catch his name) had a great big smile on his face and was so nice! 6 stars for this location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Writing on behalf of my apartment mate — placed an order on Sunday evening at 9pm, waited over two hours for it to arrive, and called in several times to check on status of delivery (as online tracker is usually quite inaccurate) only to be told to keep waiting for another 10 minutes, and then another 20 minutes, and in the end, my apartment mate called in one last time to ask for a refund as it was getting ridiculous and the customer service she received was unacceptable:
«Ok. So you want to cancel your order? We’re going to take the pizza back then.»
FIRST: she never said she wanted to cancel — so don’t make assumptions
SECOND: waiting two hours for a pizza is just horrible customer service
I don’t know how they can conduct business in this manner, as probably half the time they make pizzas, send them out for delivery, but the delivery process takes so long that everyone asks for a refund.
I’d say go for the Papa John’s even if it may cost a little more.

So about a month ago it took 2 hours for my pizza. I live 5 min away!
oh well I finally got it and it was ICE cold. THE HELL!
SO I called to ask how long it woukd take for a replacement, being specific in saying we will give the pizza we have back.
The manager lady got all cray with me talking about «I’m damn sick of you people trying to get free food all the time. I won’t just give you free food, if you have an issue, come on down!»
SHe literally yelled that to me on the Phone. So now she wasted my time, money, effort to feed myself, and now my gas… ugh…
I show up, of course she is on a break!!!
I threw the pizzas at the guy I had to talk to and got my money back.
F**** you guys.

Its dominos. I’m a fan, always have been. This particular location, however, has many customer-​service issues. Despite this, the employees are generally pretty nice. Most of them, anyways. I dealt with one manager that was particularly awful, but thats about it.

Let me establish some ground here initially so you know my pain. First I live only 5 blocks from this Domino’s location. Second I have young kids that prevent me from going out on an extremely windy evening.
The online order system was fine and with ZERO problems, but it all started when the meter on their website said it was delivered ontime… only that it came 16 minutes AFTER they said it was delivered (total wait time 51mins). The food was cold and the delivery driver missed my house by half a block!!! When I called and asked for the manager they claim he left for the evening. HE then offered me to remake my order but it will be another HOUR before I will be able to receive it… this would mean my family would not be able to eat till 10:30PM
Final NOTE: this location cares more about its bottom line dollar then giving quality and SAFE food to its customers. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars at this franchise location.

Reading other reviews are actually quite hilarious, I didn’t have a horrible experience with this Dominoes, but it probably was because I actually went there to pick up my pizza and it wasn’t late at night where it must be ridiculously busy. They have the 1 large 3-​topping pizza for 7.99 deal, how could I refuse? The garlicky pizza crust was the best, although smothered entirely in garlic butter. I got their pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza — although they lacked in sausages, it was still worth it to me. I’d come here again for that.

The worst dominos pizza ever.
Ordered some pasta, waiting about an hour but didn’t mind. Received my pasta, smelled burnt so I opened it and it was burnt with a small portion. Called the store, was on hold for 5 – 6 minutes because I guess no one wanted to talk to me? All I heard on the phone was «no, you talk to her!» Finally someone spoke to me, said they’ll send over a new one. Over an hour passed, so I called them and asked if my food was still coming, they said its on the way.
Drice came, gave us the pasta, and it looks disgusting. Looks like they got so mad that they threw some pasta on the bowl and sent it out, didn’t cook it or anything.
The dominos in richmond is bad, but they don’t have bad service like the one in berkeley. Don’t order here not matter how hungry you are, go somewhere else.

Confused about the horrible reviews. Domino’s is average. But…
Was drunk and they delivered at 12am. (On time and it was nice to watch the tracker)
Our order was easy so it would have been hard to mess up.
