Went to try the vegan options. Ordered the«peace in the middle east» with vegan/gluten free crust and I opted for the soy cheese over the diaya cheese. The server was friendly and the pizza came quickly. Unfortunately the crust conjured up the phrase«tastes like cardboard», and really wasn’t very good. Sadly the regular crust contains egg. Also, the pizza had promised«caramelized onion», which I was imagining would be small amounts of white onion, which I don’t mind, but it came with huge pieces of slightly cooked red onion, which I can’t tolerate in any quantity. Yes, I should have checked. Had to pick them out. Finally, no beer! Yes, Trappist Provisions is very close. So, definitely not again. Jules Thin Crust down the street is a much better choice.

All I can say about extreme pizza is that I used to get pretty decent pizzas from there but over the year their pizza quality has gone down hill. The last 2 deliveries, my pizza arrived cold and once prior, it came under cooked and doughy. Just an overall disappointed.

Came in and ordered. They told me my order would be ready in 15 mins. It’s been 40 minutes and still no order.

I placed an order using their web site and got an email order receipt. The site said deliveries take an average of 45 mins, longer during peak hours. So I wait an hour and 20 mins before I finally calling them to check on my order. They have no record of my order even though I have an email with an order number. The manager says there is no record of my order and he can’t look up orders by the order number. No offer to fix things up, nothing! What BS!

This place is «Great». My wife and I came in and had a large pizza last week and they made a mistake. They immediately fixed the mistake and also gave us a free meal on the house. So, today I came in and had a free pizza and it tasted great! I will always come here before I go any where else. I love good customer service, and problem solvers. XTREMEPIZZA keep up the good work. People are so fast to write a bad review but never want to write a good review!!!

Just stopped in and had the Double Dipsy sandwich(delicious! 5 stars!) and also enjoyed the unexpected spectacle of a BIGASSRAT(not delicious! 1 star!) running around the baseboard behind the recycling can and the drink cooler. Ate my sandwich with my feet up on a seat, listening to the loud, frantic squeaking from behind the cooler — the sounds of rodent MMA, I’m guessing. When I let the guy working the register know, he sort of hollered into the kitchen, «HEY, THERES A RAT.» Then he went back to working the register, and that was about as far as he was willing to go to fix the situation. Great sandwich though!

Ordered a sandwich it was basically a Italian sub, i forget what they call it… it was pretty darn good… wasn’t crazy about the ham… took it off and it was bomb… also ordered boneless wings they were decent, a calzone it had a little too much garlic for me, next time I will minus it, also got a cookie and pow pows… the cookie was heaven, the pow pows were raw in the middle still raw dough but we ate the outside of them and they were alright ! We will give them another chance and make some modifications to our likings.

have ordered from them several times… and its ok. rainy night this eve and the email acknowledgement said their delivery time was averaging 2 hours… understood. I call at about an hour and half in to check and get told my pizza will be another 2 ½ hours!!! sorry.but if it is going to take you 4 hours to do pizza delivery, you better stop taking orders or just get out of the business because you obviously don’t care about your customers…

«sorry im new» can only go so far. We ordered 3 pizzas and got 2. We finished the first two waiting on the third, as customers came and go, the cashier messed up 3 other customer orders concluding with«sorry im new» with little sincerity. That’s when u decided to ask how long our third pizza will take. It was paid for however not processed for cooking. Manager apologized but did not compensate for her mistake. Heads up, remind her twice to save yourself some time.

So many choices! Always hot, with very fresh ingredients and speedy delivery to Emeryville. My current favorite is Kickin Chicken.

Three stars = A-OK, which is exactly what I feel Extreme Pizza is. Truth be told, if they didn’t deliver to my house(not a lot of places do), I may never have Extreme Pizza because if I’m going to get in my car I have too many better options. BUT! They deliver to my house, and they always deliver fast. The pizza arrives meltingly hot, which is the best way to enjoy an Extreme Pizza.** I’ve had most of the Signature Pizzas and some of them are really good(and very unconventional). My favorites are: Poultry Geist: Chicken marinated in a tangy ranch sauce, broccoli, red onions, Swiss, fontina, gorgonzola, mozzarella and fresh sage.(bonus points for the chicken always being moist!) Holy Cow!: Swiss, fontina, gorgonzola, mozzarella, roasted walnuts and fresh sage(tomato sauce upon request, no charge). Bunny Slope: Lite tomato sauce, mozzarella, pine nuts, seasonal tomatoes, goat cheese and arugula dressed with white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.(but be warned, that arugula on top wilts fast) Mr Pestato Head: Homemade pesto sauce, roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, feta, fresh basil, oregano and mozzarella. All Extreme Pizzas are held back by one critical feature: the truly bad crust. It’s just a vehicle for the toppings. Its one redeeming feature is that it doesn’t take away from the toppings, since it’s completely tasteless and dry with no chewiness or complexity to it. We also had the gluten-free crust once with a gluten-free friend and it was truly awful. It was mealy and fell apart under the weight of the toppings. Ugh. Extreme Pizza has its place, and they have some reasonable deals(like a free 2-liter soda with delivery). There are much better pizzas out there, but Extreme delivers and sometimes that wins me over. ONELASTTHING: Every time I try to order online, the website tells me they don’t deliver to my area. They’ve been delivering here for years! It’s not that big of a deal, I know how to use the phone, but I wish they’d fix the website. I’ve contacted them about it, but to no avail.(UPDATE: Extreme got back to me in less than 24 hours this time, and the problem is fixed! Thanks Extreme!) **As a matter of fact, it’s one of the few pizzas that doesn’t reheat all that well. So, that Pizza Breakfast that is so important on certain Saturday or Sunday mornings just ain’t all that good

The pizza didn’t Make Aldo feel good about things. think he was having a rough day. Me? Personally I enjoyed the pepperoni(as always), great crust and solid traditional dark sauce. Didn’t get a chance to try other but I know it’s not a pancake haha. Thanks extreme pizza!

Extreme Pizza is a great option for delivery pizza. Zach’s does not deliver. Rustica is often late and soggy and of course is very expensive. Other options such as Domino’s and Pizza Hut… well, you know. They suck quite badly. This pizza is actually pretty darn good, it is VERY punctual and the online ordering tool is amazing. Even fun! Try this place you will not regret.

Reliably good thin crust pizza and nice staff but the TV is broken and frequently turns off randomly when you’re watching a game(or anything else).

Pizza was delicious. Ordered the Pandora’s Box and a regular cheese. Said it would take 45 min. More like 1 hr and 45 min. Got 2 little cups of cheese for two pizzas. Cheee pizza was oily. I would order from them again though, even if it was kinda pricey.

Time: 4:12pm Purpose: Found parking right out front and wanted to walk the area and see if I can snatch another account or so. Ambiance: Typical pizza places couple if table out front 3 – 4 at most inside. Place was completely empty and people were prepping for evening rush. At least here they kept the front doors open at all time I hate pkaces that are air tight trying to conserve heat but your clothing pays the price afterwards. Staff: Guy in cap and goatee seems annoy when I enter and I know it was a mistake to grab a bite from here. He’s probably thinking in his mind like wow busy did you just woke up that type of feeling. Cleanliness: Debris on tables and chairs floors are slightly slippery I didn’t step on anything that I can see probably the crumbs from bottom of crust snowballing up from earlier. Eats: Pizzawich $ 8.25 didn’t eat it there took it home for dinner. Products: Pizzas, side orders, drinks, combos, family style, office, hospital, home, business deliveries. Students with ID can pay with their Cal cards a get a 10% discount. Punch Line: Outside people watching and seating, fresh pizzawiches. Final Thoughts: They don’t really give it their all when you come late. It’s like yea what ever take this and please leave me alone I got thing to finish up here. To me it’s like I was being push to leave asap but without the physical feeling of actually being touch. Emotionally didn’t bother me as I knew I was kind of expecting such behavior but took a shot of going in.

Living in the Bay Area, we are spoiled with«pizza collectives» and the like. But sometimes you just want quick, cheap, delicious pizza that you don’t have to stand in a line for. Extreme Pizza is the place to get it. Unlike most pizza chains they have some incredibly creative pizzas. For instance, my favorite pizza the«kickin’ chicken» is chicken marinated in a spicy ginger peanut sauce, peanuts, green onions, Swiss, fontina, fresh cilantro and mozzarella. Spicy ginger peanut sauce? Say no more! At this particular location everyone is super friendly. Though it’s a chain it has much more of a «mom & pop» vibe. The employees are all very genuine people who will strike up a conversation while you wait for your pizza to come out of the oven. So even though they deliver out to Emeryville, I much prefer going in and picking up my pizza.

My friend lives a few blocks away from this place, but they told us that it would take an hour and a half for delivery, so we just walked over and brought the pizza home ourselves. We ordered one plain pepperoni pizza and one Mr. Pestato Head pizza. I think we also got some salads and chicken wings, which I assume were fine, but I didn’t taste them. The Mr. Pestato Head pizza was totally my idea because it sounded so weird, and I suggest you try saying that name five times fast. The pizza has pesto sauce, caramelized onions, feta cheese, basil, oregano and mozzarella. It also has roasted potatoes. I couldn’t imagine how they work roasted potatoes into a pizza topping, and I was imagining some small chunks of potato squares. Turns out, the pizza is actually covered in sizable, circular slices of whole potato. I still can’t decide if I loved it or hated it, but I did eat, like, three slices in one sitting while I was very intoxicated, so. These pizzas certainly are extreme. The restaurant offers all kinds of strange combinations, and they were definitely filling. Not the best pizza selection I’ve ever made, but I still had fun trying it out.

Alright this pizza joint is great for takeout. I never would eat here, but its perfect to swoop in grab a pie and run. The Everest style meat loving pie is by far my absolute favorite. You must get the HUGE if you want bang for your buck. PROTIP: Frequent buyers card 10 pies(any size) gets you a free pie any size!!! This particular location never had a very long line and only once or twice would I ever see anyone eating here. It was almost strictly a to-go kinda joint. Hell they only have a couple of tables. I know that it gets a bunch of traffic from Cal students and being close to a Bart station, it makes a great swoop in spot as well! PROTIP #2: The coupons on their website are a very smart download!!! They make a thin crust pie, which is awesome if you dont want too many carbs… but hey you are eating pizza so dont count that chit! they have a mix of cheeses and it is often easily discernible while you are eating. If you order a slice they will literally make you a slice and slide it in the oven… So yeah if you want some tasty stuff, get yo azz in here and grub it up a bit!
