From the moment I started working with Chef Oliver, the experience was lovely. He was amazingly helpful and flexible in creating a menu for a group with a number of dietary restrictions and preferences. The great experience continued on-site. Chef Oliver was super chatty and friendly and answered all of our food questions. He was involved in conversation when it was appropriate but knew when to let us be. He also was quick on his toes – the house had a garden and when we inquired about using an ingredient from there for a little side dish, he was more than willing to create something(delicious) for us. The meal was amazing. The portions were a great size and his explanations of the dishes were perfect. We even had some leftovers to enjoy the next day. Overall I would love to have Chef Oliver cater another party for me and the entire Kitchit experience was really pleasant and positive!

I hired Oliver to lead the kitchen for a wedding of 225 guests and he was fabulous. He led a crew of volunteers to make a delicious dinner. Oliver then led staff to serve the meal in a very timely manner. Oliver is a talented chef and a solid leader in the kitchen.

Local Chef Oliver has been a GODSEND for our busy — and picky — household. We’ve been clients for 6 months and after researching nearly every other healthy meal service option available to save time — and calories — after long days and weekday commutes — we were thrilled to find that Chef Oliver met all of our demands: affordable, low fat, low carb, right portions, high protein, fresh, light, organic, pastured, seasonal and tasty. Chef Oliver is extremely professional and trustworthy. He was recommended by my personal trainer(shout out to Carmela at Fitness Evolved!) and we couldn’t be happier we found him. Having graduated culinary school myself and engaged to a food critic who’s disguised as a lawyer we are über tough customers when it comes to food. But Chef is so creative and talented with his dishes, he gives us multiple options and is truly focused on our needs. He is also completely flexible when it comes to requests, recipes, ideas and most importantly… cravings. But with a healthy twist of course. This makes it a joy to work with him and planning our meals ahead of time is the ultimate convenience. MUSTHAVE meals include his Thai Chicken soup, Roast Salmon with Veggies, Lemon Rosemary Chicken, Caprese salad, Vietnamese Steak salad, Shrimp Ceviche, Flatiron Steak with root veggies, Homemade Granola, Veggie no gluten Quiche, Chicken Enchiladas Mole, and the list goes on!
