I work from my phone. For some reason, my phone didn’t charge at all while it was plugged in all night. I needed to get it fixed right away, as the battery was about to die.
Ali repaired the charging port on my iPhone 5s for $ 50. Works like new! The Apple Store couldn’t help me because my warranty had expired – that means $ 280 to replace my phone. My carrier, AT&T, basically said the same thing. An authorized Apple repair center said it would take some days to mail my phone to Cupertino and back.

What can i say excellent service my signal never gets cut off like it use to when i had sprint. I currently have the zte by metro after owning an i phone 5 from sprint and i have no regrets better service and the rates are great no complaints with the bill ever it stays the same unless you make a change to your account.
Very economic and the customer service staff is very friendly.

It was so nice to go to a Metro PCS store and be greeted by such an honest and friendly guy! Mo is awesome and honest and he hooked me up with a new phone and a more cost effective plan by looking at my past phone use. I highly suggest doing your Metro phone business with Mo, you won’t regret it! He even gave me some free headphones with my new phone. Thanks Mo, I’ll be back!

Bought out my account and iPhone 6 from AT&T, and immediately went to metroPCS to UNLOCK it and SIGN UP for the 60 $ plan, amazing service, couldn’t of been better, friendly faces and one of the most welcoming metroPCS stores that I have ever been in. Go in for a visit.

The brothers were fabulous! I went in to upgrade my phone this evening as a result of the new t-​mobile network rollover, and they were very helpful and quick to help me transfer everything and get my new phone set up and ready to go.

The service was excellent, they chose to prioritize which customers would be the fastest and easiest to take care of first, which a lot of other companies don’t even bother thinking about, and on top of that they found a way to save me 10 dollars a month with their service and still give me unlimited service.
