Heather is wonderful. She is well-​trained and highly skilled. She uses awesome products that work wonders and smell divine! She maintains a beautiful, healing environment in North Berkeley; It is tastefully decorated and one feels immediately calm upon entering the space. Treat yourself and book and appointment with Heather! You won’t be sorry.

I never post reviews, but this was too good to keep quiet! Best massage in the Bay Area. If you go anywhere else, stop now and book with Heather. I left feeling skinnier, taller, and looser than ever. Book now, you won’t regret it.

Heather is the best! She has only ever waxed my eyebrows, but she is so patient and friendly. How she manages to make an impression during a 15-​minute appointment is a skill I would love to have! I was also trying to make my appointment online and was having to cancel and rebook appointments constantly and felt so bad! Heather emailed me after one appointment I had made and asked if I wanted to come in sooner and to just email or call her if I need my brows done since it’s a short service! I haven’t seen her for a facial or massage but once I am able I will be back!

My only criticism is that she left SF, and now I can’t figure out a way to see her in Berkeley without undoing her good work. She is the ONLY massage person I would recommend She accomplishes moving blocks and untightening muscles without causing pain to the client. I have had to try and find another body worker a couple times when she had to take personal time over the years, and it never happened. Now I have to find a psychologist to help with my depression at losing Heather

I went here just after finishing my dissertation, because I felt like I needed all the stress massaged out of my face. I got the facial/​massage combo, which was everything I think I’ve ever wanted in a spa experience. Calming, relaxing, I just feel rested and rejuvenated, not to mention my skin looks bright lovely! Best massage I’ve had in the Bay Area, I will absolutely be going back and recommending all the humans to go here as well. I also added an extraction to the combo, which I absolutely needed, and Heather was very nice in accommodating my needs.
Go to there! You deserve it.

My husband gave me the gift of a facial with Heather since we just moved from SF to Berkeley and I was in search of a new skincare sanctuary– best.facial.ever.
My skin really changed after I had my baby so I needed a new routine and some advice on products. I loved that Heather is a young mom too and this facial was a great mix of clinical, restorative and relaxation. Just what I needed– it was like a 60 min vacation from my life.
Her studio is airy and light and pretty and her approach is patient and nurturing with safe, natural products. On that note– the products are actually quite affordable and I’ve been thrilled with the serum I purchased. I would see Heather for acute or maintenance skincare and I feel like I have discovered the best secret ever.
And– holy neck and shoulder massage! :)

You have to experience Nourish just once. Once you meet with Heather you will be back. You will also come back to Unilocal and write a review just like I am. You will also tell anyone who will listen that they need to get nourished.

Heather is down to earth, friendly, and very skilled. I went to her for a facial and a bikini wax and am pleased with both. Okay, well the waxing stung but that would happen anywhere. The facial was so relaxing– her treatment room is all soft and warm and you get to lay on a nice massage table with a table warmer and blankets, no icky plastic. She has tasteful soft music playing and I floated away into bliss as she massaged my face expertly with all sorts of organic products. She answered all my questions with concise explanations of how the skin functions as an organ of elimination/​detox, and how best to care for it. If you are looking for a high quality facial with a soothing healer, try Heather. I could tell from the massage portion of the facial (she did my shoulders and then my hands) that she is a great massage therapist, too.

Heather gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. I booked my first appointment two days before my wedding and I was so happy when I stepped into her beautiful, calm space. I arrived stressed and flustered, with dry skin and puffy eyes. I left feeling years younger with a clear head, luscious skin and a deep sense of well-​being. I got so many compliments after the facial and it really helped me feel my best on my special day. I highly recommend her treatments and I can’t wait to go back!

I see Heather every month or so for massage to help with tightness in my upper back and shoulders that can cause a fair amount of discomfort. Heather is without doubt the most effective and beneficial massage therapist I have been to. She is very intuitive in knowing what my body needs. I highly recommend her!

For those of you who have experienced a massage by Heather, I am sure you will agree that she is «hands down» the best masseuse in the Bay Area (no pun intended). For those of you have not… you do not know what you have been missing.
I have received massages from Heather for the last 6 or 7 years and do not plan on stopping. I keep going back because she is so good at what she does. Her knowledge of the human body is amazing allowing her to focus her massage on the areas that need relief (back, neck, knees etc.). In addition to being a great masseuse, Heather is a kind sole. She is a joy to be around. After leaving a massage session with Heather I feel both physically and spiritually uplifted and am looking forward to my next appointment with her.

I’ve been going to Heather for one-​hour massages once a month for over four years. She is excellent: intuitive about exactly what your fatigued, sore, or simply exhausted body needs for relaxation that is both healing and ultimately rejuvenating. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s spoiled me!

Heather is among the most gifted and skilled massage therapists I’ve ever encountered. She has a thorough understanding of muscle structure, and the kind of intuition you cannot teach. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Wow! What can I say. I went to Heather 7 months pregnant after my skin was freaking out over the hormones racing through my body. Heather took the time to ensure I was comfortable with pillows on the table and then proceeded to educate me about my skin and safe products to use while pregnant. All of the products she used were organic and plant based and left my skin radiant! I ended up purchasing the products she used on my skin and my skin has been wonderful since. Her office is super cozy and sweet and the music played was super relaxing. The neck and shoulder massage were just what I needed as well. I hadn’t been that relaxed since being pregnant I think! I would definitely go back to her and recommend her to all of those pregnant and non-​prego ladies out there!

Heather’s facials are amazing. She has a very nurturing touch and every time i leave her my skin looks smooth and feels like butter. She has a relaxing energy and I always feel pampered with her.

After 4 months of chemo, I wanted to be pampered! I got it with my facial from Heather. Her new place in Berkeley is just as warm & cozy as her office in Noe. I wanted to gobble up all the products she used since they smelled sooo delicious! And my sensitive post-​chemo skin reacted great to all of them. I loved the quality of the products and the fact some of them are made locally. My skin and soul felt so nourished!
