I wrote a review for Pat Leaper in 2012. Since then I have worked with Pat and Gillian on two more home sales, three total. The last one included renovating the home on a budget. I could not believe the transformation — simply amazing. I administer trusts and estates and I would never use anyone else in the area Pat and Gillian cover. I wish they worked in Contra Costa too! I work with a lot of Realtors and can honestly say it does not get any better. I trust them implicitly.

Look no further! Pat and Gillian are great. We just finished working on a transaction with them and both are the epitome of professionalism. They both worked very hard to assure their client was well-​represented and got the best deal possible.

I worked with Pat and Gillian recently to sell a home in Berkeley and found them to be not only a pleasure to work with, but true professionals in every sense of the word.
The house sale was part of a divorce and thus more complex than a regular sale in terms of communicating with lawyers as well as buyers and sellers. On several occasions, they had to handle separate meetings to cover the same information. Despite this added complexity, Pat and Gillian handled it all with grace and respect and provided professional guidance and insight at every step of the process. Their constant open and clear communication were crucial to the rapid (and successful) conclusion of the house sale.
Pat and Gillian excel in the little details that go «above and beyond». Gillian sent documents via Docusign so we could sign papers regardless of our location or time of day. Pat met me to walk me through the closing process, explaining the paperwork and answering my questions. Both Pat and Gillian were responding to emails and phone calls while on vacations and at all hours of the day, night and weekend. That kind of dedication and commitment to customer service is extremely hard to come by.
Their knowledge of the process, the local market and house improvement recommendations made a real difference to the sale price. They helped negotiate with the buyers during the closing process and kept us updated as the final closing steps completed.
Selling a house, particularly during a divorce, is a stressful and lengthy process. Pat and Gillian significantly lowered the stress of the sale and gave me a sense of comfort with their knowledge, expertise and guidance.
