Our inspector, Bruce MacDermott was a very experienced and well knowledgeable person. He showed up promptly at the scheduled and was very upbeat right from the start. It was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough, looked at every inch of the condo, addressed every concern we had and produced a very detailed inspection report within 24 hours.
We had several questions post-​inspection and he provided very adequate responses and appropriate recommendations. He also provided a ballpark estimate on repair costs so we could budget for the repairs.
I would absolutely recommend him highly and without reservation. 5 Stars! Thanks Bruce
