I have always had an excellent experience at the store on St. Charles Road in Berkeley Illinois. All of the gentleman who work there are very customer service oriented especially Basil. I appreciate the attention to detail of every cell phone and plan Sprint has to offer and since I’m not that tech savvy(like at all) he answered my questions with patience and expertise! Kind of off the beaten path(St. Charles road east of 290 vs. the other Sprint stores in the area but well worth the trip!

I have never had a good experience at this Sprint store. Every time I go in there, they screw something up; it is like a bait and switch every single time. They always tell me one thing, and then when I go in to act on the deal, it doesn’t apply anymore. They have screwed up my rebates, promotions, everything. This last time, I had my dad write everything down to confirm the exact promotion details because I was burned last time I went there, and when we went back a day later to act, it was all wrong. I have never hated a store more in my life. Avoid this one at all costs.

The owner(and only employee) of this 3rd party Sprint store is a fast-talking guy without any customer-service skills. I am a new cell phone user and had lots of questions. He became impatient with my questions and I felt uncomfortable asking. I was not made aware of the $ 35 re-stocking fee for phones returned after 3 days. I did not receive a copy of the receipt or contract, which I signed. When I returned everything 7 days later he told me the $ 35 restocking fee was on the receipt, or contract, which I never recieved. The guy is a creep and should not be representing Sprint.
