The Cat’s Pajamas

Sometimes, the perfect pick me up is a cozy nightwear set. Perhaps, after a long day at work or a night out, wearing a body con mini skirt from hell for hours. When I’m chilling at home by myself, I like nothing more than to be as comfortable as possible. If you can relate, I highly suggest investing in some sleepwear from The Cat’s Pajamas.
First off, they do not sell anything remotely sexy. We’re talking pure leisure wear, made to inspire jealousy among other homebodies in your social circle. They are not your average pajamas, they are your DREAM pajamas, featuring pictures of everything from sushi to crossword puzzles to unicorn snow globes to garden gnomes. Themed sleepwear can cross the line from adorable to tacky in a heartbeat, but Cat’s Pajamas are fun AND tasteful. I am typically anti-​kitsch, but these pajamas are too cute to resist. They sell a plethora of high quality designs in three fabrics — cotton, flannel, and knit. Expect sets of long and short sleeved pajamas, capris, shorts, nightgowns, and even robes. Best of all, they manufacture the eye catching ensembles right in this warehouse.
For the best selection, shopping online is the way to go, but there are a handful of boutiques in the East Bay that stock their glorious goods, such as Beauty & Attitude and Persimmon in Berkeley, as well as Maison d’être in Oakland. Come holiday season, they hold a special warehouse sale to clear out the leftover merchandise and make room for the new. The sale is consistently awesome every year, featuring a great range of their signature, well constructed merchandise at heavily discounted prices. How can you beat that?

I have been buying Pj’s as gifts from the cat’s pajamas online store
for years. Their Pj’s are fantastic. My Wife, Mother & Sister-​in-​law all have these Pj’s. Their designs look great and they wear like iron. The high quality is very evident and there is no doubt you are getting what you pay for. I also love that they support the local & US economy by manufacturing all of their products in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Don’t know why it’s taken me so long to write this review. The Cat’s Pajamas are fantastic. I am a loyal customer who loves the patterns, fabric, and cut of these pjs. I buy some every year as Christmas gifts – my sisters all have a collection of Cat’s PJs since they last FOREVER. True to size, with a little room to spare, fyi.

) is an online pajama shop with the cutest, kitchiest pajama prints ever. Their merchandise are on the pricey side, but at least once a year they have a giant deep discount sample sale at their Emeryville warehouse. If you sign up for their mailing list, then you’ll be in the know.
I’ve been to the past 3 warehouse sales and I’ve made out like a bandit every time. It’s usually scheduled right around the holidays so the pajamas, robes, bags, etc. make great gifts or stock up for those last minute birthday gifts.
Tips if you make it to the warehouse sale:
–paying with cash will get you in and out of there fast. you’ll be waiting a long time in line if you pay with credit. they only have one credit card machine… again this is not a retail store.
— shoppers that come to this sale are hardcore so beware of the crazies. I have been mowed down and shoved aside by shoppers who want to get to something they want. i’m sure i’ve been guilty of doing the same… that said, if you see something you want just grab it and you can sort through and decide on what you want to purchase later. trust me.
Overall, their products are great and makes me happy. =)
