Gotta reply to the last person… i’ve been doing TM since 1971 and gotta say it has held me to the planet… they charged much less way back then, but the head guy really had the pulse of this western culture where we really believe you get what you pay for… same now, why waste everybody’s time teaching folks to meditate if they are not going to keep it up! and if people pay a good amount of $, chances are they will keep at it and see the results which were immediate for me… in all these years, i have stopped meditating 2 or 3 times, for a couple of weeks or so, and my negativity gets absolutely overwhelming, to the point where i can’t sleep well, and i am a nutcase. i was an insomniac before learning TM and when i began to meditate, it cured immediately from the stress reduction and the impact that had on my central nervous system. i meditate, twice a day and it smooths away the rough edges immediately, if i do it only once a day, there is an effect but not nearly as pronounced or profound as regular, twice a day, half an hour each time… it keeps me from having headaches and provides the container to release stress and drop into myself that sanity in this cultures demands. i would pay any price over and over. it is the most valuable thing i have learned in my life… i am not religious and i believe true spiritually is the ability to have a relationship with ourselves, so TM was cool for me, because they don’t demand believing in anything or anybody or following some dogmatic practice. i hope this can help someone.

Meditation for profit. This organization has made meditation unfordable unless you have plenty of disposable income. Meaning that although they have student and children rates they are still affordable to most other. DO i smell something here?
