Saw this stand at the Rockridge neighborhoody thing last week and the onesies and tshirts are adorable. So many wonderful pieces — I am tempted to stock up for when we finally make a kidlet of our own. And you know when we do, its going to be wearing a ‘Made in Oakland’ onesie!

I’ve known the owner of this t-​shirt business since he was selling hemp jewelry and doing hair ties on the Avenue way back in the day. Now he is hand-​designing some super-​cute t-​shirts and selling them at his street booth and on the net.
Don’t be fooled – these aren’t your average tees. Phil really takes pride in his work. He prints his original designs on all American Apparel shirts, which means that all his products are 100% cotton, 100% American made, and 100% sweat-​shop free. The shirts and the designs last and last.
I am a real fan of Young Punks, which is his line of baby/kid’s wear. Love the Jimmy Hendrix tee (Jimmy in a cloud of purple haze), the purple Buddha, the silver Thai elephant, Holly Golightly. A baby in a shirt that says «I’m WIth Stupid»?! HAHAHA. TOO CUTE!!!
