Jets had the best pizza ever, I’m pretty sure that’s common knowledge. I often order carry out from this location and they always get it right. A few suggestions if you aren’t sure what to order: pepperoni and bacon deep dish, buffalo wings, try turbo crust on your pizza, and for god sakes get some dang ranch!

There’s a reason to their motto…“jets is the best” every time that I order pizza it’s ready within 45 mins and it’s always hot and fresh. Their crust is amazing and you have to try the turbo stix! We usually get the Hawaiian pizza or the supreme. The people on the phone are very friendly and when I pick up the pizza they have a smile on their faces. They always ask if I want crushed red pepper abs napkins. I will always use this jets location and I would recommend it to everyone.

If you usually like Jets Pizza this place will be no different for you. Although I have never physically gone to this restaurant, I have ordered delivery a number of times from here. My wife loves Jets deep dish, and since I am not picky about pizza, that is normally what we get. The deep dish pizza has this delicious caramelized crispy crust. Honestly, that crust is single handed the best crust on any pizza. The cheese is good, nothing too special. the sauce is the same. But the crust on this pizza is really what makes the difference. The Jets bread is tasty, but a bit to greasy for my taste. I usually get a side of ranch to dip it in. Their ranch is nice and creamy and worth the extra charge. The delivery is always on time, and the pizza is still hot when it get here. The price is reasonable.

Jets(as well as this location) is generally under rated. I suspect people just don’t know what to order and what to expect. In my opinion, Jets is one of the very important places for true Michigan local flavor. This is the best regular people food pizza in south east Michigan and if someone came to the area from anywhere else asking for the true local flavors eaten around here that are good, I would order Jets for them sometime during the first week of food exploration. If you want the best FANCYPANTS pizza in the area — this is not the spot. Try one of my other reviews for that sort of pizza spot. They exist here too. What makes this place so good that I feel comfortable saying this? Jets makes an excellent simple deep dish pizza. It has just the perfect amount of crusty fried bread crust to go with their tasty mix of cheese and sauce. Add the right toppings and it is difficult to stop before the whole pizza is gone. I may be wrong, but I think this sort of pizza style may have originated here(and jets perfected it). We order: Deep dish pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and pineapple. My wife likes to order an extra«jet fuel» pizza sauce for dipping her slices. Also worth ordering often: Deep dish BLT pizza Deep dish BBQ Chicken Or Deep dish(your favorite topping here) You could try to assorted other items on the menu(we sometimes get a salad if we aren’t up to making our own), but if you don’t order one of the items above, you are definitely missing out.

Great customer service, order is correct, staff are quick to fix any issues. It would be great if there were more specials for people who just want to order pizza, not wings and other bready things. $ 20+ for an 8 square seems excessive…

ordered a small deep dish with tons of modifications and wings with no problems. i ordered online and the pizza was ready right at the time it was set for pick up. the only thing is that they didn’t give me the ranch for wings, but that’s okay. pretty solid jets location if you’re looking for a tasty deep dish pizza with quality toppings. try the turbo crust!

Matt the manager is very rude. He did not in any way help the situation with my food. Don’t bother going there and dealing with them. They will lie through a straight face and undermine your business. Please hire a new manager and trustworthy staff.

Jet’s Pizza tastes great and their salads are awesome, but the service is just about the worst I’ve consistently ever experienced. If you have any type of customization to your meal other than the basic, straight from the menu version, be prepared to have a wide open mind about what you have a taste for because in the 3 years we have been ordering from them, 90% of the time, the order is completely wrong. The 10% it was accurate, we were actually shocked. It is really that bad. It seems they hire children and forget to train them in customer service, how to answer phones, how to enter orders, how to process cards… You get the point. We have literally walked to the restaurant when our order never arrived to find out what was going on and saw the employees snapping each other with towels and having a joyous time doing everything but worrying about work. And when we asked the manager where our hour late order was, he told us, and I quote, «There was a misunderstanding and we cancelled it. It happens.» So for service, I would give a generous 1 and for taste, I would give a 4.5, so a 2.25 seems more than fair.

1 for 1 so far. 1st order was for bread sticks and 2 pizzas. Everything seemed on par and ready when I walked in. Friendly staff. Big shop! Will be back when we are in the area. Side lot makes in and out parking easy

Normally I do not have an issue with the pizzas my family orders. However, on 2−4−15 after ordering ahead of time I went to pick up the pizza. Waited 10 minutes then was told our pizza was«lost». They did not know what happened. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to re-make the pizza. The cashier apologized but that was it. I do feel I should have been compensated somehow for THEIR error. Perhaps free bread sticks, a 50% off coupon next visit. Per the other reviews it appears the service for Jets — Berkley is going downhill. How disappointing.

Mixed review; great pizza, always fresh, hot, only ones better might be specialty restaurants like Pizza Popalis. Now the not so great part: service/delivery. When I called in my order, I told the clerk who answered the phone my apt. buzzer doesen’t work, CALL my cell when he arrives. So he TEXTS me instead, which I don’t hear above the quiet TV. So I go down, find out doorman let him up, supposedly knocked, and left. I immediately called Jets and they were closed. What carry out delivery pizza is closed @11PM?

Good place most of the time. Never had a burnt or doughy pizza. Check your pizza before you pay the delivery guy, missing toppings on my pizzas 1⁄6 times.

The service has gone way down hill. They screwed up my pizza and promised that my next order would be free. When trying to order my free pizza I was told I would only get 50% off. The manager was condescending and rude. The money is one thing. The lying and unprofessionalism is another. My advice it to order from the Southfield store, which will also deliver to Berkley.

This by far is one of the better Jets. you can taste the difference. The one on 8 Mile had me ready to consult a gastroenterologist! Seriously… lol… the ingredients are fresh at Berkley location

This is not a gourmet pizza place, but you can get a decent pizza here pretty quickly. I like it. It’s a chain. It’s not a super special place to go. There are better pizza places around the corner, but Jets is cheap, easy, and decently good.

Ordered from here many times, usually pickup(I bring my own insulated bag from Trader Joe’s). We usually order the deep-dish, occasionally get the round. Always get the flavored crust(it’s free and adds great flavor). I give them high marks for consistency and the quality of the ingredients. They’ve been fast and reliable — but show up five minutes earlier than they say if you want your pie fresh from the oven. The salads are pretty ordinary — mostly tasteless iceberg lettuce, which is somehow acceptable in Michigan. My advice: stick to their signature product, the deep-dish pizza, and make your own salad.

Usually, when considering the chain pizzerias — Jet’s, Domino’s, Cesar’s, Papa John’s, Cottage Inn — Jet’s is the better choice. And the Berkley Jet’s is pretty good. Since the Domino’s on Coolidge closed, this one of the few places that delivers around Berkley and Huntington Woods. Delivery is usually pretty prompt, and one time when they forgot to deliver a pizza to my dear old grandpa, they gave him one for free. Sweet. I’m not a big fan of the cinnamon sticks, but the pizzas themselves are well made, and the toppings are spread pretty generously. The staff are high school age, but I’ve never had any problems really with flakiness. No this is no Biga, Crispellis, Supinos, etc, but for what it is, it does the job.
