This review is based purely on the quality of food. I live down the street and have been coming here for years. Although the costumer service has been especially friendly the past year, the quality of food has seriously been lacking. Almost every order is missing something I paid for or not fully cooked. The only thing I feel safe ordering is chips and salsa. I tried for guacamole with my chips today and even though I was charged for it… I don’t receive the guac. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla which was grossly undercooked. I ate a piece, my dog ate the rest but refused to eat the last piece. Heads up! She usually eats anything.

This the most disgusting taco I ever eat. I’ve also ordered a half and half tea it smells bleach omg! I hope this doesn’t kill me. I ended threw everything away after I guzzle some of the tea down. I didn’t know if I knew I wouldn’t taste it at all and the food is bad so bad probably been there for weeks. I hope this people care more about human lives and I hate you guys for doing that to me hope someone stops you soon.

After hundreds of years they changed the tostado, which is the only thing I eat there, it is just horrible now. Plus it took 15 minutes to make, in an empty store. Not nice.

Silly to rate a Taco Bell, I know, but this place has the most amazing staff ever! They are always in super great moods and go out of their way to be beyond courteous. They provide prompt service and my order is always right. More often than not, they throw in unexpected and complimentary food and beverages for no reason other than to promote new products and to brighten your day!

Perfect tacos! My wife and i are sitting in our car right now eating handcrafted masterpieces of meaty decadence as we stare into each others eyes. I got the large mountain dew and asked for fire and verde sauce. They put it all in the bag. Bravo. My wife smiled today.

You guys really messed up, and now you’re really going to regret it after reading this review. I just got back from this Taco Bell and had a horrible experience. When I placed my order, I saw that there was a $ 1.00 mystery charge on the screen, which I can only assume was for my ice water. I didn’t know what it was for, so I asked. They told me that the charge was not there and that it simply didn’t exist. I told them that I saw it and also wondered to myself why they were already giving me attitude, since I was keeping my cool the entire time. Then I heard an extremely unprofessional employee(which I later found out was the MANAGER) get on the mic to bark an order at me to pull around to get my food. I refused and asked again why they were charging me an extra dollar. Both employees told me to pull around again. So I did. When I pulled around, I was still quoted for the original total. I asked for a receipt of some sort before paying, to make sure I wasn’t getting over-charged. They refused. The«manager» stormed to the front and acted like I was trying to rob the place or something. Her attire was filthy, as if she just mopped the floor with herself instead of taking a shower. I asked again for some kind of explanation and eventually gave up and drove away without my food. Look guys, if there really wasn’t a mystery charge and I was just seeing things because I’m delusional, then that’s okay. I’m willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. But don’t treat your customers like shit. Want to know why? Because the internet is written in ink. I was only asking a question. My advice is to STAYAWAY from this Taco Bell, until it goes out of business. The end.

Email I sent to the customer service email that keeps failing… which was posted on the window: Good Afternoon! We just stopped by for lunch at our neighborhood taco bell, and I wanted to follow up with you regarding my cheesy roll-ups. Part of the reason franchises are so successful is because of the consistency we have learned to expect, which is what brings up back time and time again. In short– these were the worst cheesy roll-ups I had ever seen… as there was practically no cheese, it wasn’t melted, and they weren’t even rolled up. I love to get these warm, soft, and steamed to a melty, gooey goodness, and these were a total let down. I’m not looking for anything in return, but I wanted to let you know that your restaurant was delivering sub-par food to loyal customers during a busy lunch hour today.

Yes this TB is over priced, I think every item is 25 to 50 cents more. And no theres nothing special about this place your typical ff tb. I hope there paying there staff good. Because the pricing is stupid. Come on Berkeley Taco smell.

This Taco Bell is so unprofessional. I pull up to the window after placing my order and the staff was just yelling and laughing and cursing like they were in the hallway at their high school. There is no reason why I should hear yelling and cursing with the service window closed and my window up. Then they seem to always ask what kind of sauce id like, but never put it in the bag. Other than that, the food is pretty good. Ive been to quite a few locations just to get cold chicken in my chalupa.

Last time we went it took over 20 minutes to get our food even though there were only 2 other customers waiting. Once we finally got our food it was cold and looked like it was just slopped together, and most of it wasn’t even right. We also called the number to complain and never heard back even though they said they would get back to us within 3 days and it’s been over a week now. The staff was also completely rude and couldn’t care less about customer service or the food they gave us. I normally really like taco bell but I will never go to this location again. It was horrible!

Alright, so I get it that each Taco Bell is a franchise and they can set their prices however they like. But the going rate on a bean burrito in the current market is either 89 or 99 cents. More likely the latter. I cannot seem to wrap my head around the fact that this location charges $ 1.49 for a simple bean burrito. WTF? I would even feel sticker shock seeing that ridiculously marked-up price on the menu in a mall or even an airport. So what is this places excuse? It’s just a random nothing-special TB on Coolidge HWY in the Northern Detroit suburbs. Not even much nicer than the old location down the street which it replaced a few years back. So once again I ask, what’s their excuse? This particular franchise owner is completely missing the point of why someone would want to eat at a Taco Bell in the first place. Let alone why someone would want to order a bean burrito from a Taco Bell. It’s not exactly great food. It’s Cheap and it’s Fast and it’s Serviceable. If you fail on any of those three criteria then you Fail. Period. I say«Boo Urns» unto you, Berkley Taco Bell. My shit doth stinketh as much from you as from any other locale.

It’s taco bell. This place has improved a lot since they first opened and the service is generally pretty quick.

The food is Taco Bell food. A guilty pleasure consumed in moderation. What really impresses me with this location is the super friendly service. You even get a mint with your order. The also have greatly improved their accuracy of their orders. I should note I have never eaten in the store so I’m reviewing the drive thru only.

The employees are friendly and they exercise care when putting the food together. It’s meat, cheese, veggies and sauces but the staff is sure to put things together neatly so that it looks how I expect it to look. My experience in the drive thru has been brief because the service is fast. I have not dined in or visited the bathrooms. And I have left on two occasions and arrived home with no sauce in the bag, even though I was asked what kind I wanted and I replied.
