Worst pizza i ever had. I shouldve known better than to eat gas station food. Its just not ok.

The best pizza you’ll ever get at the gas station. Yes, that’s correct, the gas station. In an utterly bizarre joint business enterprise, the Irving gas station on the Berlin Turnpike now seeks to attract more customers with a legitimate pizza maker operating within its confines. Don’t be turned away by the circumstances; for those not aware, Randy’s Wooster Street Pizza is a legitimate Central Connecticut pizza stronghold. They have three other locations, none of which are in gas stations. They make a solid slice, consummate with other pizza ovens in the area. And like everything should be at a gas station convenience store, it’s quick. There’s always pizzas on display at the counter, so grab a cheap slice and a soda whenever you like. They also take orders by phone for small or large pizzas. $ 13.99 for a large cheese, not a bad price at all. Unlike gasoline, the price of this pizza won’t fluctuate wildly on the account of a Wall Street speculation conniption fit.

This was my first and will be my last experience with Randy Wooster Pizza. Maybe because it was in a gas station but this pizza was horrible and over priced for what I paid. Greasy look and taste, and the ingredients are definitely not fresh made. My expectations were let down from what I’ve heard about this franchise, very disappointed…

i am always worried about the quality of gas station food, but for some reason i keep buying food in gas stations. this gas station pizza location was decent for the reheated slices i had. randys is an ok slice overall, not too thin a la new haven apizza, and not too thick like a sbaroo mall slice — somewhere in between. i stopped in, got gas and pizza in just a few minutes and i think if you phone in your order you will deliver it curbside. if i am on the pizza, looking for pizza, gas, a car wash, coffee. this is a great place to stop.

this pizza place is located in a gas station. irving station on the berlin tpke. the pizza slices are amazing. i have gotten different slices the 3 times i have been here. they are quick to stop in, order, get slices warmed up and be on your way in about 10 minutes from start to finish. good lunch stop.
