Vintage Nursery

This is a beautiful nursery. It’s out of the way but worth checking out. I have recommended them to friends. I had a fountain delivered and installed by them and that went fine however they forgot to leave the pump cover. I called and spoke with them, they had the part. I arranged for them to bring it but we had a communication breakdown. They assumed I was coming to pick it up. I called again. Made arrangements for a new delivery time… they dropped it over the fence without telling me. I think this business is pretty good but their customer service is not to my standards. Would I use them again, yes. Would I use them for a larger purchase that required additional services, no. Please go see them though, they are really special.
…wrong cover, it doesn’t fit. Went to the store and explained the problem… it’s on the truck. We’ll call you when it gets back. Four hours later, no phone call. They can’t find it and have to order a new one. more to come.

We just had a landscaping project at our house and we couldn’t be happier with Vintage Nursery. CEO Greg, landscaper Lin, and Lin’s crew are the best. Lin’s designing abilities are wonderful. She listens to your ideas, presents her own and works within your budget. The project took 2 weeks and they were here when they said they would be; they worked hard and always left for the day with a clean job site. The crew always presented themselves in clean professional clothing and were very friendly. I highly recommend Vintage.

Went to look for plants for our yard, asked for help and they just looked at us and walked away. We had questions for them but no one would help. Prices were really high too. I rather go to wal mart then here.

My experience was similar to Pauly’s except for the bad part at the end. An employee listened to us when we described what we were doing at the house and what types of plants we were seeking, then he proceeded to drive us around the nursery in the golf cart. He spent a good 30 to 40 minutes with us noting our selections before dropping us off at the office/​cashier. (The electricity was working great that day) After he returned with our plants, we paid while he loaded up our truck. For me, that was a pretty good nursery experience, and I plan to continue purchasing from Vintage in the future.

It’s a good size nursery with plants, planters, garden art, and some indoor items. The nursery is really cute and well organised, but the staff is not the friendliest or very knowledgeable. I’ve been passed around a few times from one person to another there trying to get information. The people don’t seem happy there, but if you can see beyond that it’s a really nice nursery.

I had several unusual trees in mind which had to be ordered. Vintage called me upon arrival, 24″ boxed trees were beautiful. Vintage employees promptly helped out loading, and also gave me some great tips for planting. Class act!

I have had a completely different experience from the other reviewer when I’ve visited Vintage Nursery. The staff is courteous and helpful, and if I can’t find what I’m looking for, they’ve offered to special order for me.
