More like 3 ½ stars. Got seated right away, another table got seated after us and they already had chips and salsa and drinks way before we did! I wanted to leave, but my friends insisted on staying. The server, when we finally met her, was very sweet. The food wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t too great either. I would eat there again.

It is an okay place. Last time when we went the food took a bit to long to make, my uncles food was given to someone else and the waiter tried to hand him the same plate. The waiter also dropped water all over my grandma and since she did not want to be rude she excused him and did not talk to the manager. At the end of the night when we got th

I would give this zero stars if that were an option. Waited ten minutes to be seated, not because there weren’t tables, but because no one would even acknowledge the line of people at the hostess stand. Finally got seated and the hostess brought our drinks, chips and salsa. Waited at least fifteen minutes to finally see our waitress and order our food. My husband ordered a breakfast burrito and she asked how he wanted his eggs cooked??? Ummm… scrambled! It is a breakfast burrito, right??? Waited and waited for our food. The table next to us had the manager called over because their order was wrong and the waitress wasn’t going to their table. The waitress finally went to their table when she saw the manager there. During the time at their table, I saw her wipe her nose with her bare hands at least twice. We waited over thirty minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, my order was wrong. I ordered chile on the side, but it was drowning in chile. She offered to bring me an extra drink in case it was too hot?!? The manager came over and we tried explaining what happened. Before I could even finish, he interrupted and said they were short staffed, told us to enjoy our food, and walked away. A different table behind us was complaining about how slow the service was. The manager proceeded to start getting mad at the customer for complaining. The customer tried telling the manager that they had been waiting for over thirty minutes for their check. The manager was extremely rude to them and basically didn’t care. It is obvious why the employees don’t care — even the management doesn’t care. I will never again eat here!

We had just eaten at another Sadies the previous weekend and had a fantastic meal. Our mouths were watering for another one so we decided to Try a location that was closer to our house. Sad times. The food came out looking terrible. The burger patties were dried up the chile was watery and tasteless. When we complained the server said that he had heard those complaints before. They did remake the food and it was somewhat better but we still had a bad taste in our mouth so to speak. Needless to say my mouth is no longer watering for Sadies.

I have eaten their many times an have not been dissapointed, Mostly Mexican cuisine. The best of all was hamburger, no cheese, tomato’s, lettuce and added salsa to the juicest burger ever… try one you’ll see why.

Sadie’s has always been average, I have been to there other locations many years ago and always felt the same way after I left, however thought I would get reacquainted with them for a appetizer and dessert… so I went into the Star location. The ambiance is beautiful & the wait staff is really sweet, but the lack of flavor & quality they are utilizing is still really disappointing,(nacho appetizer CHICKENDRYASHELL) I encourage the owner of this particular one to check out the competition so they can see what they are doing wrong and understand they must start serving fresh quality ingredients!

The salsa was a bit too salty, but satisfyingly spicy. I prefer it hotter but it was decent enough. By the way, who puts salt in salsa? I also ate chips with the honey that was already at the table. The chips were obviously made in house and were only lightly salted. By themselves they were good. I ordered a burrito. It was covered in real cheese. Which was awesome. The inside was flavorful and filling. The chicken was dry and a bit tough, but it was seasoned decently. There was a side of beans burried in the cheese. It is painfully obvious this is an attempt to lure people into the casino. The restaurant doesn’t have its own entrance. The customer door is inside the casino and it’s impossible to go in without seeing all the gambling activities. My review is neutral. The food was pkay but the psychological aspect is far too apparent.

Sadies: My favorite place to eat when back in New Mexico. Though it has been a bit more expensive as time goes on, it is always really delicious! Their stuffed sopapillas, burritos, burgers, nachos, everything is SO good! When I am home, I take my parents to lunch at Sadies, where they offer really excellent lunch specials!(The combination has an enchilada, chile relleno, beans, papitas and a taco!(Definitely do Christmas, for both red and green chile!) Margaritas and beers always hit the spot! But the best part? CHIPSANDSALSA!!! I could eat Sadie’s salsa all day every day. No joke! Its SOOO good and SOOO hot! So be ready!
