Abbey Mortgage and Investments is a company I would avoid like the plague.
They are run by the same company and individual that runs Lynx Loan Fund.
Do yourself a favor and check out the Denver County Court House records which show over 20 Lawsuits against their own client borrowers. You can find the latest 2 in the Denver Business Journal!
I have had a horrible experience that I would not wish on my worst enemy in dealing with this firm and its subsidiaries.
If you value your sanity, and your money, you will not walk — you will run from ever doing business with Abbey Mortgage, Lynx Loan Fund, or any of the related companies.
Looking for Money to fund a project — do yourself a favor and find someone else!!!
I wish someone had warned me against doing business with them.
