I was quoted 20 minutes to wait for the towing truck to come and collect our broken down vehicle. It’s been 2 hours and I’m still trapped, in the rain, on the side of the highway with my scared friends and family and our pet dog Albertina Laquinta.
Update: Every time I call the business, the man or woman who answers says they’re coming but change their time estimate every time I call. They are very rude.
Update: Called our insurance company and asked them to find out what’s going on. They find out they haven’t left yet. Insurance is calling another towing company. Albertina Laquinta is very scared.
