Rude horrible service. Ordered a chocolate croissant (last one) it was given to another customer that ordered several minutes after me. I already paid for it. The cashier says you can have a strawberry one which I refuse. Rude when she gives me my money back. We also ordered a bacon egg and cheese which only had bacon on half the sandwich. For a breakfast sandwich which I paid close to $ 5 for I would expect more. Won’t be going back. Waste of money!!!

Don’t know where the «rude employees» reviews are coming from, but as of Easter Sunday 2016 these gals were very friendly and nice. Soft, fresh bagels too and the bacon scallion crm chz was so good I bought a container for my house.
Oh, an yoo-​hoo in a can! Can’t beat that.

Cute little bagel and coffee shop in Bethel. Friendly staff, quick service. Nothing fancy about this casual place but that’s ok because the food is great! Some vegetarian options but you can always ask for the meat omitted. I had an egg and cheese sandwich on a garlic bagel and some hazelnut coffee. The price is right and the food is warm and good!

Eh, it’s okay. The food is decent, service is kinda rude. Very unappetizing to see lady behind the counter eating. Pretty gross, she was eating celery with peanut butter on it.

I love the everything bagels. People are nice, good prices, good coffee. There is not really great seating so we usually order to go. I usually order an egg and cheese on a bagel. My husband likes the jerk sandwich with chipotle sauce and cheddar cheese. Always fresh. On sundays we try to go before 11 otherwise they run out of everything bagels, all the other ones are good too though esp the french toast. Give it a shot.

Shockingly RUDE service. Extremely gruff during the ordering process and then, basically thew our food at us. In addition, we asked to purchase a (we were willing to pay for it!) cup of ice to cool my cup of WAY too hot coffee and was told they were out of ice… even though people were walking out with ice coffees! Bagels were OK, but if we go back (big IF), it will only be to grab a few to take home to prepare and eat ourselves. Wow. Really just, wow.

Went for lunch. Had a sandwich (chipotle chicken I think). They only have a few tables, and the only one left was right next to the bathroom which wasn’t to pleasant. The ladies are very nice and personable. The food was average. Maybe the bagels/​breakfast are better.
